I really like Capella. The service is excellent, and the rooms are cleaned and turndown service is provided punctually. I even encountered a front desk staff member who spoke Chinese. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's sufficient. The twin room felt like one large and one small bed, which was perfectly fine. The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and food delivery is also available.

It's close to Chinatown, which is great for picking up souvenirs, and the transport hub makes getting to the airport or anywhere else a breeze. The facilities are good, and they offer a lot of activities. The overall cleanliness is also quite good. Roommates depend, 99% are pretty nice (some can be a bit noisy).

We stayed in the Rydges World Square family room for three nights and had a very comfortable experience. The two-bedroom layout was spacious, clean, though sharing a single bathroom among four adult was a minor inconvenience. A thoughtful gesture from the hotel made our stay even more special—they surprised my son with chocolate treats and a birthday card upon check-in, which we truly appreciated. The location is excellent, close to many attractions, and the convenience of having a shopping mall right downstairs with restaurants and a supermarket added to the ease of our stay. Overall, it was a delightful and comfortable experience.
