I booked a room with a balcony but when I checked in they said it not available coz their system says standard twin room and showed then showers them
My boking when they saw it they said they can’t provide that room on the first night so have to stay in a different room then they said they will bring my bags to the new room but ended up it was in the reception. That wrong system happens a couple of times already but they still haven’t fix the problem. Im not sure I’m gonna stay there again if ever I go back to Sydney. Their location was really good though.

The location is excellent, not too far away fro town hall train station and light rail.
Next to George street which is the main shopping *****.
Room is ok, a bit small but good size.
Sink cracked but usable.
One of the cup has black dot/dirt on it, and toilet cover stained, but they are minor issue.

The hotel was very conveniently located but the room was a bit tight for size. It was also disappointing that it was not possible to open the window for fresh air at night.

Excellent location right across QVB -- check-in was also smooth and the receptionist gave us an early check-in at 11am which was very much appreciated. Rooms seemed new possibly because they have been refurbished, very generous size and everything you need in a business hotel. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Sydney!
