Nice location！ Services not good enough. How come 3 days clean and tidy up the room once but not everyday? This is really weird. No next time.

Spacious and the balcony was the perfect place to feel city life

The hotel is quite old and run down. It can in no way be classified as a 5 star. It feels more like an old Residence Inn. The view on the balcony is quite nice but the elevator can take a long time also - so be prepared. Also check out is 10 am and they will call and kick you out after 10 min. If it was half the price I would recommend this hotel otherwise there are better choices around.

Please improve the provision of the amenities. Even a single person living in the apartment for 4 nights, always need to ask both the concierge/ room services proactively for both the shampoo, shower gel and laundry liquid especially the laundry liquid.

The location is excellent. The hotel staff Michael is friendly and helpful. I am impressed by his warm hospitality. The hotel amenities are user friendly and sufficient. The beds are comfortable.

1. The hotel is in a very good location, convenient for taking the subway, shopping or eating. 2. The room is clean and comfortable, with a complete gym and swimming pool sauna. 3. The receptionist is very professional and friendly. I particularly like the Korean receptionist (Jooeun). She is cute! I wish I could be friends with her, and I regret not asking to take a photo with her.

Arrive early, conceige will keep your luggage until check in. The room is equipped with washing machine and dryer. Could ask for amenities .

The security access using the room key card with the elevators made me feel very safe. High speed elevators very smooth and fast. Suite was spacious as advertised. High elevation suite worth the extra cost. The view makes just being in your room an event. Coffee machine with espresso pods, sugar, and fresh cream in the fridge tasted great. Full kitchen amenities and washer dryer definitely a bonus.

This time stayed in a studio, was impressed again, thank you for the stay.
