Check in was Ok, we were there too early but they held our bags and allowed called us well before check in time which was nice. The directions to the room were difficult and initially we were told the wrong way to go. The receptionist had a little bit of attitude but eventually we made it there. Room was huge had nice views with decent balconies. Bit dated but all good. We didn't use the room too much but seemed ok. TV in the bedroom didn't work but beds were good and plenty of space. We liked the pool but the spa wasn't working. You're surrounded by shops and eateries which we enjoyed. Friendly area and felt safe with lots of families around. Check out was fine and again held our bags so we could explore a bit more.
The hotel is located in the Rocks, near the bridge and the opera house, and the pedestrian street and DFS are all on the side. The transportation is very convenient! Although the hotel has been open for a long time, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is in place, and the balcony scenery is as beautiful as a painting. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and laundry room, which was very nice! The breakfast is a typical white meal, with a large portion, and the muffins are bigger than the children's faces, and the taste is good. The service is very good. A kind lady at the front desk likes children very much and took photos with them. My son said that he will definitely stay here again next time he comes back!

It is a relatively cost-effective hotel. The location of the hotel is not too far from anywhere. It is relatively central. The street is very quiet. The hotel is very quiet, and the service of the lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic, which made me feel at home after a long journey. Although the interior decoration of the room is not particularly brilliant, it is very clean and tidy, so it can meet my requirements as a business trip.
