They asked three questions and got one reply. When asked for directions, they even said they didn’t know. A staff member in front of Tianjie Archway was very aggressive and used a loudspeaker to scold tourists. There is only loudspeaker announcement at the fork in the road. The queue for the cable car lasted about two hours. There was no winding corridor to guide the queue, and there were no staff to maintain order. There were only staff at the ticket gate, who made sarcastic remarks when they saw the tired and scrambling tourists. We took an online ride-hailing ride at noon, and the driver insisted that we walk to the other side of the road in the bright sun. When we got in the car, we found that the driver didn't turn on the air conditioner? ! Asked to turn on the air conditioner and said he didn't feel hot. Nice hotel and very near at Taishan Mountain. Accessible and clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast and we really enjoyed our stayed here. You can even see the mountains through the window. And they even have washing machine area incase you need to wash your clothes just next to their Gym. Nice bathroom and the room is refreshing. Highly recommended.

The room is hygienic and clean. The hotel has a great view with the Taishan Mountains in the background. The breakfast is a bit poor. It is close to the Tianwai Village Visitor Center and is convenient for taking a car up the mountain. Overall, it is okay.
