I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Taicang Huafa. The hotel environment was comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall experience was very pleasant. I would especially like to thank Doreen at the front desk for her excellent service. She was warm, professional, and very helpful throughout the check-in process. Her attentive attitude made me feel truly welcomed. Overall, the hotel provides great service, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Taicang.
