Highly recommend. Receptionists are friendly, room is clean, the bus stop is in front of the hotel. I only have a small problem with the shower, hot and cold water are changed the position, but it was solved very quick.

My stay at Hotel Tainan was just okay overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good, offering a decent variety of options to start the day. The room itself was fine, though it felt a bit outdated, particularly the bathroom, which was noticeably old, except for the modern heated toilet. While functional, the overall atmosphere of the hotel didn’t feel particularly pleasant or inviting. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t describe it as a comfortable or memorable place to stay.

Very pleasant experience staying here for two night. Brand new hotel with clean amenities and welcoming staff. Great variety of breakfast with Taiwan local coffee beans available for choose. It’s gonna be my first choice to stay in Tainan in the future.

The room is spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of space on the floor after unpacking the luggage. However, there is no refrigerator in the room. It didn't affect us much after staying for one night. It only takes 7 minutes to get to the B&B by Uber from Tainan Railway Station. The location is convenient. I will stay here again next time I go to Tainan.

If I could have given 0 I would for service. The hotel to be fair was super convenient. That’s about it. The service rendered by the hotel was sub par. I ordered a birthday cake from the lobby bakery and asked to be delivered to my room at 7pm for a surprise. Am I was surprised indeed. When i reached my hotel room at 7.30pm and there was no cake to be found. I went to the bakery, they don’t know what happened to my cake and it was nowhere to be found. And no service recovery was given. No apologies. Horrible service from a 5 star hotel. The checkout staff also did not ask about my stay. Horrible service. I would never stay there again.

I think it's pretty good ~ but the bed is a bit soft and not very comfortable to sleep on I think it is a bit troublesome to take off your shoes when entering (but shoe bags are provided) It's at the end of an alley, so it's hard to turn around on a motorcycle. There is no elevator, so it might be a bit difficult to move the luggage, but it's acceptable The electronic lock code will be sent upon check-in and a magnetic lock will be provided after entering the room I feel quite safe. The luggage storage rack is unattended, so remember to pick up your valuables! Affordable accommodation, overall good

Breakfast was decent. This is a hotel catering to students and faculty visiting the university across the street. Thé décor is monotone.

When I checked in on the first night, the edge of the bed sheet felt a bit old, but it looked clean. When I lifted the quilt, I found a yellow stain on the bed sheet, as if it wasn't washed properly... But I was staying alone, so I didn't inform the front desk immediately to avoid trouble in the middle of the night, thinking that I wouldn't get touched by sleeping on the side. As a result, I felt itchy all over the whole night! Because we booked a 2-day stay, we quickly asked the front desk to arrange for housekeeping to clean the room the next morning. The changed sheets and quilts felt very clean, the quilt cover had no rust, and the name of the hotel was printed on it. But in the morning I was told that the cups on the counter table were terrible. The stacked cups had not been cleaned and were moldy. I didn't dare to use them at all. When I returned to the room the next night, I saw the same horrible cup. Overall, the transportation is convenient and you can see the location as soon as you exit the train station, which is very convenient. Although there is a place to play video games on the first floor, it is relatively safe as you can occasionally see the building manager patrolling the first floor. There are coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated lockers outside on the first floor. The service staff is friendly, the toilet is clean and the sound insulation is good, but the cleaning of the room may need attention.

The first time I lived in Tainan, the style here is very suitable for me. I feel at ease with the traditional sense of humanistic layout. The lighting design is great, the indirect light source is not dazzling, the bed is very soft, the pillow is slightly hard, and the whole is soft. The tourist train station is very close to Chengda. There is no refrigerator in the room, and the shower head has a small amount of water.

Located in an alley next to the park, self-service check-in is available, making it feel like a warm and comfortable space Opposite is a multi-storey parking lot (NT$20 per hour, free from 22:00-8:00). There are also many roadside parking spaces next to the park, and there are many options for walking and looking for food nearby.
