The overall feeling is pretty good. The only thing is that the air conditioner cannot control the temperature. If it is too cold, I finally turn off the air conditioner switch. After leaving Prince Hotel, I reported to the counter staff. Please kindly ask trip customer service staff to also provide feedback to the relevant personnel of Prince Cultural Tourism.

A bit dated but big and nice. Our toilet got clogged on the first day but after flushing many times, it fixed itself. Breakfast was not bad, just don’t expect too much. Location was great, just a few mins walk from the train station. The hotel is also connected to a department store. One tip: avoid the coffee shop connected to the hotel ( it is a bakery/cafe). The lids of the coffee do not fit the coffee cup and will result in leaks. The cafe try to fix it with tape but that doesn’t work at all.

Hotel itself including room, lobby everywhere was amazing. 100% satisfied. Breakfast was definitely the best i've ever experienced. However the swimming pool was not recommended, as it requires you to wear their swimming cap and only the cold water was allowed when the temperature was 13 degree. The sunbed waa super uncomfortable as well.

My stay at Hotel Tainan was just okay overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good, offering a decent variety of options to start the day. The room itself was fine, though it felt a bit outdated, particularly the bathroom, which was noticeably old, except for the modern heated toilet. While functional, the overall atmosphere of the hotel didn’t feel particularly pleasant or inviting. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t describe it as a comfortable or memorable place to stay.

We choose this place because it was quite close from the main station, which is the local Tainan station (not HSR Tainan station). Its location was awesome because we could store our luggage right after arriving Tainan station. But it’s a bit far from main sightseeing spots.

The location of this hotel is perfect. All the major cultural sites and shopping malls are within walking distance. I highly recommend the guests to buy the locally brewed Tainan beers (in bottles) from the reception. It is going to be an unforgettable experience. These local Tainan beers have a wide range of tastes, and the texture of each one is bolder and better than the conventional Taiwan beer and the imported ones. The hotel also has a neat and cozy common area on the 8/F., and it is comfortable to relax there. I wish the hotel had its own restaurant, but one can always find cafes for breakfast nearby.

Located in an alley next to the park, self-service check-in is available, making it feel like a warm and comfortable space Opposite is a multi-storey parking lot (NT$20 per hour, free from 22:00-8:00). There are also many roadside parking spaces next to the park, and there are many options for walking and looking for food nearby. The bathroom is clean, the shower gel and shampoo are very useful, and the quilt is also good It's a pity that the kettle is dirty

The Hotel location is very strategic, just right opposite the Tainan bus/railway station. The counter staff is also friendly to assist us for checked in and very helpful, carrying our luggage to room, even there’s free snack for us after wrote this review, but its was an really great experience for me as a guest for staying at here. It’s also very good on they allowed us for early checked in at 2:30pm. For the room part, they are so thoughtful by switch on the air cons in advance for cooling the room first and the room is spacious and very clean as well as toilet too and it’s like just newly renovation/touch up. Overall, it’s very good experience for me. Keep it up.

This hotel stay was amazing! From the moment you step into the lobby, the service staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and attentively meets the needs of every guest. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was soft, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the view outside the window was breathtaking. Breakfast was relaxing. It has a superior geographical location, convenient transportation, many surrounding attractions and restaurants, and is very convenient for traveling. Overall, the experience of this stay exceeded my expectations. I will definitely visit again and recommend it to friends and family!

The room was large and comfortable, but it was difficult to get into the room. I received an email from trip.com the day before, but I took a screenshot of my previous reservation and used it to search for a place to stay, but I couldn't find the address. When I checked my email again, the address was different. It was quite a secluded place, and there was no sign of the accommodation, so I was quite nervous. The email I received the day before gave instructions on how to access the building and room, and although I had some trouble, I managed to get in. However, I had to try my hardest to use the lock key next to the entrance, which I don't think is used anymore, and the room lock was unresponsive and I had a lot of trouble. After entering the room, I went out once, and when I returned, the lock on the room was not unlocked, and a young ********* man from another room helped me, and although it took several tens of minutes, I was able to get back in. Since the service is unmanned, foreigners will be at a loss if there is a problem. The location is okay, but I don't think I will stay there again unless the locking system is improved.
