The hotel hardwares r decent enough. That’s absolutely no amenities in the room (except shampoo, body wash and conditioner), not even body lotion. The cafe has a limit charge is you want to sit there even for hotel guests. The management is not experience enough to handle customer request in a decent way. We asked for a half hour extension of check out and they said no unless we pay Nt$1300. I think it’s a bit ridiculous. I never stay in a hotel like that.

It was my first time to stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient and close to the subway and bus station. Hotel is spacious and clean. Hotel staff members are helpful; specifically the housekeeper keeps coming offer services when I requested.

Fantastic hotel at the price. Great location, large well appointed rooms, comfortable furniture and great service. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Taipei.

Decent room size, huge shower and clean too. Right next to the station and just 2 stops away from Taipei main station too. Not cheap for TW standard but worth a try :)

The hotel is overall ok but not a four star hotel standard. The service and hotel amenities are lacking.

The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Definitely recommended!

New and super clean hotel. Fantastic bed and good soundproofing. The stay there was quiet and comfortable. Lots of good food nearby. Metro also within close walking distance.
