Nice environment with good service. Kids friendly. Bed guards, slippers and kid toothbrush are available.

Service is not quite good for family stay. The room has lot of dust. Caused CHD allergy.

Quite a distance from Nagoya Main Station (got to take train + walk). Room was quite dark and tired.

Nice staff , clean and good facilities, and location is good. Suit for travellers who drive car

Hospitality is great at the hotel, only hope that English communication of the staff can be exercised to assist foreign travellers

Amazing hotel not too far from Nagoya Station for the airport Meitetsu Train, accessible to food, shops and convenience stores by foot for a short-walking distance only. 💯 recommend it. It also has a superb wedding venue with a nice traditional chapel/cathedral. Come visit Nagoya & stay at The Strings!

A very nice hotel but the location. It’s a bit far from the shinkansen station and restaurants.

Its not very close to Nagoya station - require about 8 min walk. There’s a shopping mall with McDonald, convenient store and gaming place just opposite to the hotel , so that was good for somewhere to go at night. Breakfast was ok but not so many options to choose from. the hotel room was ok with bathtub. Staff was nice. And the streets nearby are quiet.

Good service However it was a distance away from JR nagoya station There was a shuttle bus that was helpful to the station upon checkout

Service excellent. Staff very nice, helpful and have a smiling face. On the other hand, the bed and pillow were too soft. Room very clean except the washing machine. I think the hotel forgot to check the washing machine during clean up. Buffet breakfast delicious though not many many varieites but yet enough already.

We stayed 2 nights. Easy to access Nagoya Station by the bus. The bus stop is located 120m to the hotel.
