The lobby n restaurant were in renovation works. Breakfast was given with an outdoor sandwich. Room cleanliness was poor. The hotel should advise guests that breakfast is served with outdoor sandwiches. Then we can decide not to buy the breakfast at hotel.

Everything in hotel is so outdated. There is a smell in the hallway, was told by the front desk employee relating the smell to water drainage problem in the basement. On checkout date, a major demolition in the entry hall. The hotel should be close for this work because of potential for asbestos release.   The front desk gave me a room without a window initially.  I said this was not consistent to the room selected and paid for.th

Well location, room abit old and the woods floor abit cracked, but overall all good. There are snacks and some hot drinks at lobby.

The hotel requires serious renovations. The breakfast was very poor, doggy bags were handed over to us in place of proper breakfast. It is well located. The staff were very pleasant and helpfull, although was an issue for them but they did their best to assist.

The hotel is very close to main Shongshan station, just 5 min walk. Staff is very friendly, the room cleaness.

I like the big toilet, there's sufficient space. Although, the location is not exactly convenient & we had to call an Uber

Returned for another stay after 3 days. This time, the room had an openable window, but the musty smell persisted. Unfortunately, some of the front desk staff had a truly poor attitude, though a couple were acceptable. While the hotel is old, the service quality certainly didn't make up for it.

Great value for money. The location is very convenient, right next to the train and MRT stations, making it easy to visit areas like Jiufen and Shifen.

The facilities in the room were quite dated. A major issue was the lack of a power outlet in the bathroom, which left me unable to straighten my hair while looking in the mirror. Furthermore, there were no power outlets near the bedside tables either, so I had to rely on a power bank to charge my phone overnight, which was very inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else was quite good. I'd recommend staying on a weekday, as the prices are significantly cheaper than on weekends.
