So no face towels but it's probably a lot to ask from a hotel that only charges you minimum for your stay. Love that you can combine beds.

This hotel conveniently located around the tourist attractions. The eateries also very nearby. This hotel also provides EV charging stations (3 lots). The staffs were very accommodating and quite fast service. The room was exactly as advertised. Water pressure also good. I intent to come back as we did not have enough time for Bukit Larut’s trip and wanted to visit the Prison too. The Museum was having international museums day so, we did not pay for the entrance fees. The cafe nearby the reception area was having promotional buffet and ala carte and the price also very affordable. I highly recommend families with kids to stay here. Safe and convenient. CIMB bank is just across the street.

Check in was efficient and professional. Staff have good level of English and are competent. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds have a soft mattress and the water in the shower takes a bit of time to come out hot. Location is within walking distance of KTM rail and it’s well located. Premises are clean and quiet. Not tried restaurant but told it’s good. On the whole excellent value for money

Room is clean, front desk staff are friendly. Hotel located at strategic location to hunt local food within walking distance.

Overall the hotel looks new and clean with a strategic location where u can walk to any estate easily. Location is also within Taiping town itself.

This hotel location is at the centre of Taiping Town. There is plenty of food stalls within walking distance. Cleanliness wise is not up to expectations as the bed sheets seems used and did not changed before. Blood stain can be found on the mattress. The response upon complain is also slow and need reminder. No hotelr slipper provided. Shower pipe cracked with water shooting out.

Good to stay and it's cheap also.

Good morning I hope you and your meeting is at this time log in to the rest and get some of the other one is in a shower then go today and your meeting go yesterday and get some of yourself I don't have to get the porch for

The service is good and the room is quite big.

Will be good if could provide the disposable slipper as the tiles is very cold when walk into the toilet during night time. And also could provide the laundry bag will be good.

Room is clean and there are many food markets nearby and, transportation is convenient for me.
