The service is even more considerate, warm and friendly, making people feel very warm. The price of the hotel is also very reasonable and the price/performance ratio is very high. Overall, Mercure Hotel is a highly recommended hotel and I will choose here next time.

Excellent location just steps from Wanda Plaza. Checkin staff happily addressed me in English, very professional and smart. Rooms were spacious and smartly designed. Even the hallways were decorated nicely. Delivery guys can go directly to the room. Bed was large and comfy. The wireless Qi charger was a nice touch, too bad it only works on Android phones. On the other hand, the Internet was painfully slow and there was little hot water. If they could fix these simple problems they’d have a perfect hotel.

A really smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. The nice fellow who checked us in late Friday, and who we saw again on Saturday evening was a considerate and thoughtful professional who helped make our stay better, so sincere thanks to him and the whole team. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious; noticeably better than similar kinds of hotels in much larger cities. Room was clean, sheets crisp and the bed was comfy. The location allowed us to do the larger tourist things and then still walk back. All round a splendid choice I was well pleased with afterwards.

Taizhou is not big, and it doesn't feel remote even in the development zone. The elevator from the basement to the first floor is not the main entrance of Courtyard. There was no service staff around 2 pm, and no sign was seen. I couldn't find the front desk, and I walked around before I saw it. The check-in procedure was smooth, and the front desk staff was polite and standard. We were given two rooms opposite each other. I was in a room on the north side, and the bathroom had a peculiar smell and no special exhaust fan. I reported it by phone and the front desk immediately changed to a south-facing room, sent someone to deliver the room card and help move the luggage. The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities, rich breakfast, and a good experience.

The front desk lady was very responsible for adding WeChat, and the mobile phone was courier to Shanghai home the next morning. Hotel room facilities are relatively new, sanitary cleaning is also good, bedding is comfortable, pure water and paper towels are supplied every day, except for the location is a bit biased, not in the city, others are very good, it is recommended. (The hotel is in Gaogang District, with fewer commercial facilities around it. It is about 20 kilometers to Hailing District in the city. It is very convenient to drive by car)

The room was clean and tidy, the front desk lady was warm and welcoming, and she was very enthusiastic to tell me that there is a fun place here, the food there is delicious, the hotel has a parking lot, come back late, the lady will help find a parking space, the hotel is very close to Jiangyan Bus Terminal, convenient travel, There are Wanda, Suguo Supermarket, and a food street nearby, and there are many attractions to play around. There are many antique buildings, taking pictures and playing, it is really good, there is a feeling of crossing the ancient times. The hotel facilities are perfect, air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, wireless network. TV is the kind of high-definition network TV, with many channels, free movies to watch. The most important hotel is cheap and affordable.

終於有家酒店，讓人覺得很驚艷🤣 沒有入住前（上半年），就聽説是當地天花板級別的酒店，老家親戚問我為什麼不住，那也得我攜程上找得到[捂臉]這次過去，非常巧，7月8號正式開張，我們9號也是費了一番周折才找到，前後定了4間房。 酒店的服務簡直無可挑剔，員工們態度熱情，始終以客人為中心，讓我們感到非常温馨和舒適，特別是大堂的孟婭大美女和餐廳的一位接待小哥，虛心接受意見及無微不至的服務讓人印象深刻！ 酒店設施完善， 特別是鏡面兩旁有輔助燈，化粧鏡居然還有個開關，非常人性化，愛化粧的女兒表示非常滿意。衞生乾淨，隔音效果不錯，床品舒適。居住環境小而精緻，如周邊環境再稍完善一些就更好了！ 另外，畢竟是新開的酒店，味道還是有的，期待有更好的辦法，儘快解決這一問題（不是託，且真心希望酒店越做越好，所以要提意見😁）讓我們在秋季品嚐大閘蟹時，可以帶着朋友們再次入住！ Ps:早餐自助餐，讓我最滿意的是終於有了現磨咖啡☕偶遇上級領導來視察，他説的那句：酒店應該更多一點地方特色的美食！讓我們對下次的入住更是充滿了期待！！！
