前台服務還是可以的 訂的雅享雙床房 不知道是沒有房間了還是啥 入住的也是電競房 衞生間是玻璃門 和朋友家人一起住的介意的就別訂了 我是和我弟一起來看演唱會 周邊實在沒別的房了訂的這 然後進門一看很傻眼😓還有就是我是走廊最左邊一間 網絡衹有在門口有信號 進到房間就連不到了 不過就看演唱會住一晚 也懶得折騰換房了 所以體驗感不是很好

設施：酒店整體的設施挺齊全的，外賣可以機器人送上樓。
衞生：衞生狀況還可以，沒發現什麼問題。
服務：前台的態度也很不錯，很有耐心。
不過讓我感到不快的地方就是不知道是不是因為入住的人過多導致房間緊張，在沒有進行溝通的情況下就把我預訂的大床房變成了雙床房給我，雖然不是什麼大事，但是更換房型這種事情不應該提前告知一下嗎？

除了服務，其他都很差。房間與我訂的房間不符。我定的大床房，前台給我開了個雙床電競房。房間裏煙味重的厲害，都醃入味了，很難受。還尋思將錯就錯，在電競房打打遊戲，沒成想電腦裏的遊戲幾乎沒幾個能玩的，都是“文件不存在”，逆天。衹能説，極差的體驗，跟酒店大堂的高端一點都匹配不上！

服務態度非常不好，説話不算數，幾次訂房説有房間，到了又説沒有房，又安排到其他房。睡的非常不舒服。裏面四面八方封死呼吸都難受 。半夜起來都要把門打開 一點安全感都沒有 屬騙
