New Century Hotel Taizhou

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from a RT-Mart supermarket, making it very convenient for getting around. This trip, I was traveling with elderly family members, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They specifically arranged two adjacent rooms for us, away from the street. Our twin room was just the right size, very clean, and the bedding was comfortable to sleep on. All the staff we encountered in the hotel were very friendly, greeting us proactively, and quickly helped us resolve any issues. They even provided complimentary fruit worth 30 RMB and delivered a tremella soup to our room every evening. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection of Taizhou specialty snacks that we thoroughly enjoyed. In the evening, there's a free bowl of noodles available as a late-night snack; even though we didn't try it, the pictures made it look delicious. After a day of sightseeing, returning to the hotel meant we could use the complimentary laundry room to wash and dry our clothes, saving us a lot of effort – a truly thoughtful touch! The hotel's pool water was very clean, and the shower pressure was great, allowing us swimming enthusiasts to have a good swim. Upon checking out after a two-night stay, the front desk even gave us a small gift. Overall, the excellent service at this hotel has made us even more fond of Taizhou. We didn't get to experience everything this time, so we'll definitely be back, and we'll certainly stay at Taizhou New Century Hotel again! **Facilities:** Excellent **Cleanliness:** Spotless **Environment:** Great **Service:** Top-notch 👍👍

Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well maintained and I had a comfortable stay. The hotel service was even better; all the staff were enthusiastic and attentive. The breakfast was rich and featured Taizhou specialties, and there was even a late-night noodle event in the evening. I only discovered the Chinese restaurant on the second floor as I was leaving, so I'll have to try it next time!

Facilities: Very comprehensive, especially equipped with various types of charging cables. Hygiene: Very clean, all amenities can be used with peace of mind. Environment: Elegant and antique, with the grandeur of a large hotel. The room is very spacious and bright, and the restaurant is well-lit, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience. Service: This is the most commendable aspect. All staff members are quick to respond and have an excellent service attitude, making guests feel very welcome. There were also New Year activities specifically for children, which was a great experience. Dining: Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

The environment and facilities at this hotel are truly exceptional! The New Year decorations were super atmospheric. My room was incredibly quiet, with excellent soundproofing – I couldn't hear any outside noise at all. The facilities were very thoughtful; I was given a 'Xiao Du' smart room, and the hot water was consistently strong and plentiful. The attention to detail really made for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
