The hotel is right next to the ferry terminal, and it only takes 5 minutes to unpack your suitcases. The room is large and clean, with a hairdryer and no kettle. In addition, there is a bus line 2 at the ferry terminal that stops at the Tallinn bus station, and it takes about 30 minutes. If you take the bus, you can directly swipe your visa bank card at the card machine on the bus for 2 euros each time. Check out time is 12 o'clock. There is a shopping mall downstairs where you can have lunch before checking out.

It's close to the ferry terminal heading towards Helsinki in Tallinn, and especially Terminal A, it's less than a 5-minute walk away. It's extremely accessible, within a 10-minute walk of the Old Town, a shopping mall with a large supermarket, and the center of Tallinn. Perhaps because it's a new hotel, the interior and facilities are clean and well-equipped with a refrigerator, hair dryer, safe, etc., but it's a bit disappointing that there is no kettle or coffee/tea making facilities.

Very good, very close to terminal A/D, very convenient to catch the ferry in the morning, very good facilities, the guy who checked us in was very nice, but the hotel was a little hard to find, everything else was perfect.

Номер чистий, але не було в душі ні гелю, ні шампуня. Локація ідеально для відправлення на пором, до старого міста 15-20 хвилин пішки. Але сама точка готелю на гугл-мапах, яку ви отримуєте в бронюванні не корректна. Додатково прийдеться ще подолати приблизно 350-400 метрів, обійти велику будівлю якогось маркета, ще завернути і потім тільки потрапити в готель. З багажом, це може бути незручно.

Never ever going again. Blood stain on one of the pillows, very dusty and generally dirty. White stains on the bed and floor very sticky. What I saw from other reviews, only warm orange juice and a slice of bread for breakfest. I don’t remember how much it costed, but 10-15€ for it. Atmosphere really weird and next to a creepy market. Not recommended!

We wanted to find a 5- or 4-star hotel for our stay. From *********** we found Adoryal Hotell, 4-star hotel close to the harbor. It looked good in the pictures and had good reviews and their breakfast had good reviews too. We were really looking forward to this trip. At first we couldn't find the entrance and had to go through Sadamarket. (Eventually we found the real entrance from the other end of the building.) We had four different rooms, (one standard one, two double bed rooms, and one deluxe one). The only difference between the double bed room and the deluxe room was a small private terrace and water kettle. One of the rooms had dirty bedsheets, most of them had dirty showers, some glasses in the rooms had stains in them. There were no amenities other than a hairdryer and shower cap, and only offered toiletry was handsoap. We went out to spend the night, and asked the receptionist to call us a taxi. We got two shady unmarked cars where you could only pay with cash. After that we only used Taxi Tallink we ordered ourselves using Taxilink app. Later in the evening we went to the hotel reception and asked for 7 champagne glasses. They told us they don't have many, but asked us to follow and see if they have some. They found a bucket where there were 6 champagne glasses, and they found one that was slightly different. Well, if that's all they have, sure, we'll take it. They told us to rinse the glasses with water and they should be good to go. When we looked at the glasses we saw that they were all dirty and used with fingerprints and lip stick on them. We told them that rinsing them with just water isn't good enough, we wanted clean glasses. What was their reply? They handed us a sponge and dish soap and told us to clean them in our room. We refused and ended up drinking champagne from normal water glasses we found from our rooms. (First time experience!) The breakfast was poor and bad. Cheese and ham and omelette and toast bread with coffee or tea and warm orange juice and water. We had to be careful when choosing a cup or a glass for ourselves, because many of them were dirty with stains on them. This wasn't the experience we were looking for. This wasn't the experience we paid for. We expected to have a nice stay in a nice 4-star hotel. This place is barely a 2-star place (we've had better stays and service in many 2-star and even 1-star places)

Just terrible. First off all, we almost could not find this place at all. We had to go through sadamarket and to third floor. Staff was very unfiendly. The room was dirty, glasses had old toothpaste on them and safety box was locked. After 15 we did not see any staff anywhere. Our rooms only window was straight to terrace, that had quests sitting there. Next to hotel was a night club that was very noisy through night. There weren't any amenities, as water, shampoo etc. Everything is very basic, not as in the pictures. The surroundings are just awful. Breakfast was also very limited and bad.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the marina, and the Old Town can be reached in 10 minutes. We had a balcony in our room, which is a nice place to spend time in good weather, even though there are apartment buildings being built in front. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is good and the same could be told about soundproofing of the room. The biggest minus is the poor water drainage in the shower. If you bathe for 5-10 minutes without turning off the water, the water rises and pours out of the cabin. To sum up, the hotel is OK, but the 4-star rating is inadequate (no things like shampoo, shower gel and other products, empty fridge, rooms a bit outdated).

When we got there late at night they told us that there won’t be water at all because of road construction on the second day, worst thing was they didn’t give us any refund. Overall the staff was rude and we did not enjoy our visit. I do not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here when I arrived late night on the Viking Cruise line from Helsinki. Very close to the port which is extremely convenient. There is a super market next door but it was closed since it was late night. You can probably buy things from the ship before you disembark late at night. Room was spacious and clean bathroom. There was no coffee in the room which was a little disappointing.

Firstly, there are no clear directions to the hotel. More signboards and better communication is needed for visitors who are first timers. Although it says daily housekeeping, I had to insist and several other guests had the same issue of no housekeeping. Martin and the other lady lobo are really nice but a tall gentleman doesn't deserve a seat at the reception as he has no etiquettes to speak with tje ladies. I had some problem in booking the cab to go to bus station and requested if I could pay by card n borrow some cash as the cab wouldn't accept card. He was rude and said I don't trust you, what do u mean. The other lady helped me book the cab and when my friend called the hotel to return the money to her, the same gentleman picked up and was rude to him as well. Needs to learn what hospitality is about. However, the location is super close to ferry terminal.and the rest of the staff is wonderful.
