Tanjung Bungah Hotels with Swimming Pools

I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to [local attractions, shops, restaurants, or public transport]. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist with any requests. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and my room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring. Dora was exceptional helpful in handling reception and any requests for us. We had a noisy room next to us, and she helped to find ways to change us to a more quite room. Thank you so much. The room(s) need some attention, AC compressor and fan are noisy. Bath shampoo/body wash dispenser weren't working. The pool was greenish and murking!

Very friendly front desk.. Room is clean. There's a crowded hawker just right in front the hotel.. BBQ seafood, pizza, Ba kut teh, satay, curry fish head, etc..

we took the deluxe ocean view but we got our room at level 1 which views blocked by trees. Room comfort and they provide facet dispenser water instead mineral bottles. Beach water not that clean, also lot of shells and rock so better to walk w shoe. Need to drive out for foods, not convenient for walking distance.

Partly seaview but next to the beach. Parking very limited and very difficult to park your car when the hotel parking is full. Very nice view from balcony in high floor

The initial room that I checked into, there was no hot water, room is dusty, there are insects in the bathroom, there is no divider or step for the shower area so the whole bathroom will be flooded when you take shower and traffic noise is very clear.  The new room has a great view and further away from the main road. There is a huge & dirty AC above the bed, so you’ll freeze while inhaling all the dust when you sleep. There’s also constant water splashing noise above the ceiling.  The staff is nice as they do their best to help, but hardware and maintenance are a big problem. Location and view are great!

Resort ala bali.. Bilik maharaja besar & ada separate room dgn 3 single bed.. Bilik biasa ada 1 king bed.. Sofa pon besar.. Cafe cantik. Makanan sedap tapi agak mahal sikit. But it's OK. Overall OK je.. Tapi pool kena check. Takut ada Masalah lagi ya.. So far staff dh setel. Okay la..

Appreciate: 1) Customer support WhatsApp replies very quickly and politely :). 2) Many food establishments nearby. Search “claypot restaurant” we ate there 4 days in a row even after shifting away from this hotel. 3) Swimming pool was nice and clean. 4) Antique decorations in the hotel looks amazing. 5) had 2 private carpark lots in the compound, there are parking spots outside of the compound as well, just unsure if it is legal. We were lucky to have at least 1 lot in the hotel during our stay. Can be improved: 1) Hotel has no reception, make sure customers gets their check in details before they arrive the hotel or at least just before 3pm. 2) Wifi speed can be faster. It failed a few times during my 3d2n stay there. The Mrs and I couldn’t even load google maps. Quite frustrating. Had to use my data. 3) Sound proofing maybe? We had a room facing the Main Street and in our room there’s a door that used to be able to open and go to the balcony but it’s blocked by a large wardrobe. This allowed the sound to travel through the door gaps. 4) toilet can be cleaner, check the floor traps and the make sure it’s clean, cleaner left a ball of hair stuck at the floor traps. 5) toilet floor can have anti slip strips. Really slippery. Had to ban my toddler from going into the toilet. 6) too many mosquitoes at the hotel. Fortunately we didn’t have it in our room.

Having a birthday surprise for my wife and had a great time with the lovely and affectionate service of the staff at the hotel. The food is amazing and authentic and the rooms are modern after reopen from the old hotel with new International Management. Overall a delightful stay.
