2 staffs at the counter as we were checking in . 1 lady and 1 young man.
we arrived 2:15pm.. is insisted that no room avaialble and we cannot check in after 3pm.
we asked what time is the check out, was told 11am. the young man sounds a little rude as he tell us, no free extension. every 1 hour - NTD200.
this part - i rate the service as 2 stars. bear in mind, they are always the 1st to greet all guests. their service starts our stay with your hotel.
as for the Deluxe room - i am giving it a 5 stars.. big layout and clean, but deco is aged. is fine, afterall just a 1 night stay
the breakfast part - 3 stars. very local selections and is only operating till 9:30am on a weekend. think that is quite short.

The location is close to the subway station (老街溪站). There are a few bars that are open late in the alley in front of the hotel, but it was not very noisy. The parking lot on the basement floor is a bit old and the spacing is narrow. You have to walk up after parking. The hotel counter is very friendly and provides proactive service. There is a free washing machine, so I used it well. Both the washing machine and the dryer are clean. The facilities are a bit old, but I think I will come back again if I stay in the 'Zhongli' area next time.
