Great, very attentive service. Room was very organized and fit our needs well. They have a fantastic business lounge.
It's extremely convenient, especially with a mall and MRT station attached.

hotel is very convenient to access from the taoyuan metro station! located above a mall, so everything you need is there, hotel rooms are spacious and clean as well! highly recommended😄

Price per night is quite high but compared to the quality but overall is good for short stay

Terrific location; very convenient to get to and from Taoyuan airport and Taipei Main station as hotel is seamlessly connected via Airport express MRT.
Also it is a good overnight stop for last minute shopping in Global Mall which hotel is connected to.
Plenty of food stalls outside hotel as well.
Room is comfortable and clean with all ameneties including mouthwash :)

This is a really convenient hotel for my business needs in Taiwan. Convenient as just beside Taoyuan MRT , and surrounding full of eateries and shopping. Hotel staff is super friendly, will greet almost all guest they see you.

Clean and hygienic. It is very convenient to be close to the subway station. There is also a hot spring and sauna to experience. The room has been prepared when we arrived around 12 o'clock.
