Tbilisi Didube-Chugureti 3-star Hotels

Stayed here in April 2019. The hotel is nice, clean, near the metro station, the excellent inexpensive restaurant nearby, the host tried to be welcoming. But I didn't like 2 things, so I take 2 stars. 1) When I picked the hotel on booking.com, the filter stood ”Breakfast included” - it is 100%. When I arrived it turned out that breakfast was not included. Well, God with it, little money. Just took the number easier. It turned out further to get the number at the price indicated on the booking site, pay in cash and on the day of check-in. If paying by card, the price is immediately different. It is as if nothing but warn you. 2) For 3 days staying at the hotel our room has never been cleaned. A little strange. Late in the evening, returning after a saturated day, do not want to solve the question why not removed, it is easier to take out the garbage and start resting. The next morning was late for the tour and there was no time to deal with it) and so all 3 days) That no one was Russian-/English-speaking on the respiratory, that's what. Eventually all 3 days was cleaned by herself. Naturally without tips.

The room was taken in this hotel for 10 days from 21.07.22 to 02.08.22. The incompetence of the staff sometimes simply scaled. When they arrived at the hotel, the staff member at the recipe asked to cancel the booking, which would eventually make us a 30-lari discount, we agreed that it was essentially a mistake because we were unable to leave a review on the booking. Booking was indicated with breakfasts that we have not seen as clear as possible. The hotel staff said they just made a mistake and the bottom had never had breakfast. That is, they deliberately point to overexpected expectations, and in fact the hotel is 2 stars. Towels and bed linen do not change, washing machine is not available, room cleaning is not available either. Отелю точно хочется поставить больше звёзд. Хоть на нем и 3 звезды, но работают на все 5! Сейчас второй раз остановились в нем. Первый раз раз приехали в июне. Очень устали с дороги, а отель практически на въезде в Тбилиси. Сейчас уже целенаправленно ехали сюда. Очень удивило качество при цене 100лари за номер. Номера чистые очень: ни соринки, ни пылинки, ни волоска. Белье постельное идеально белое, полотенца и халаты тоже. В номерах есть всё, от зубных наборов до usb гнёзд в розетках. В номере есть кондиционер, фен, в холодильнике водичка, на столе стаканчики. Шумоизоляция очень приличная - если что-то в коридоре - слышно, но соседние номера не слышны (знаем, что они заняты только потому, что видели там людей). Персонал очень приветливый, разговаривают на грузинском, русском и английском языках. Есть парковка для машины, во внутреннем дворике беседочка со столами для курящих. Интернет в номерах хороший - не только писать, но видео звонки без проблем. Балкончиков в номерах нет, но проблемой это назвать невозможно. Просьбы о вызове такси, подсказки как пройти или доехать, где покушать даже ночью - решаются на ресепшн просто в минуту. Отношение очень внимательное и доброе, даже до такого: нам вызвали такси (муж проговорил при просьбе о заказе машины, что нам надо съездить, по делу и вернуться), мы поехали по делам и началась гроза, с отеля позвонили на мобильный таксисту и попросили его не только нас отвезти, но и подождать, и вернуть обратно, не оставлять под дождём! Я редко пишу отзывы, но про этот отель действительно захотелось рассказать. Рядом с отелем много очень вкусных кафе (5-7мин пешком), круглосуточная палаточка с мелочами в шаге, с такси проблем нет. Метро конечно далековато, но на такси такие цены, что никаких затруднений не ощутили от расположения отеля.

The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice. For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream. If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.

First thanks of trip.com my hotel gots120 dollar cheaper than real price. Hotel was really comfortable every thing was nice room abit small bat very clean and good. they dont have hard rules for check in and check out they are very helpful . evey thing was very very clean ... very close to city center..its inside citycenter) breakfast was good but could be better..its was not very tasty and also manager of restaurant is one fat woman who is very impolite but other workers are very very nice and good people. it was my secend time in tbilisi its very nice city very good people andbest place for relaxation. TRIP.COM before i go to this travel i choosed trip.com and i scared because some people said its scam i was scared about my payment but they are not... im happy to trust them.if u read the rules of this site u wouldnt loose ur money thank u for these prices and nice experience trip.com s team)
