Eleon Boutique Hotel ★★★

📍 8 Avlabari St, Dzveli Tbilisi, Tbilisi

"This hotel, run by two gentlemen, is conveniently located in the old town. It's close to the metro station and minibus stops, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the breakfast spread is excellent."

Ibis Budget Tbilisi Center

Ibis Budget Tbilisi Center ★★★

📍 22 Giorgi Akhvlediani St, Dzveli Tbilisi, Tbilisi

"I really liked the concept of this budget hotel. It's perfect if you're staying for a couple of nights to visit Tbilisi's main attractions. It has everything you need: comfortable, compact rooms, daily housekeeping, friendly staff, and breakfast (though we didn't opt for that). The hotel is located in a great area with excellent amenities, including many cafes, trendy spots, a two-story McDonald's, and close proximity to the metro and funicular."

Tbilisi Inn
8.3 (149 reviews)

Tbilisi Inn ★★★★

📍 20 Metekhi St, Dzveli Tbilisi, Tbilisi

"Everything was good enough! The swimming pool is comfortable to use when it is 17 degrees outside. The furniture is quite old though."

ibis Styles Tbilisi Mziuri Park
9.1 (155 reviews)

ibis Styles Tbilisi Mziuri Park ★★★★

📍 4 Chabua Amirejibi, Vake-Saburtalo, Tbilisi

"Excellent chain hotel, clean and beautiful. The breakfasts are good and the coffee is delicious. They cleaned the room every day. It's a 10-minute walk to the city center via stairs through houses, or a 7 GEL taxi ride. It's better to stay a bit further out but in good conditions like these. There's a park nearby and easy access to the highway."

📍 Besiki Street, Dzveli Tbilisi, Tbilisi

"A truly atmospheric place. I really liked the hostel. Clean, cozy, and conveniently located. The correct house number: Besiki 17, for taxis. The administrator, Milena, created such a cozy stay. Thank you. I recommend it."

Ibis Tbilisi Stadium
8.9 (309 reviews)

Ibis Tbilisi Stadium ★★★★

📍 178 Davit Aghmashenebeli Ave, Dzveli Tbilisi, Tbilisi

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic, and I can understand why they so often have no rooms available. Everything was exceptionally clean, and I had no complaints whatsoever about the bathroom facilities. There are plenty of power outlets, a safe in the room, and the room is very comfortable if you need to work. There is also a very convenient smoking lounge downstairs, huge thanks for that! The breakfast was excellent as well, although I would recommend going during the first few hours, as some of the food can get cold later. There is parking available, and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The only unusual incident during my stay was that another guest apparently smoked in their room, which resulted in the entire hotel being evacuated. This was obviously not the hotel’s fault. In fact, it was reassuring to see that the fire safety systems were working properly. Overall, an excellent hotel. I would definitely stay here again."

Boutique Hotel Mimino
9.5 (8 reviews)

Boutique Hotel Mimino ★★★★

📍 3 Khivi Turn, Dzveli Tbilisi, Tbilisi

"We've been coming to Tbilisi for years and staying at Mimino. It's 4 minutes from Avlabari metro station. 1 minute to the grocery store, 3 minutes to the market, restaurants, and shops. The main cathedral and various historical sites are also nearby. But the main attraction is the Collective."

Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Chavchavadze
9.0 (193 reviews)

Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Chavchavadze ★★★★

📍 64a Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue, Vake-Saburtalo, Tbilisi

The Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Chavchavadze is perfectly situated in the Vake district, just 7 minutes from Vake Park and close to the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Guests can enjoy a 24-hour fitness centre, a banquet hall, and the wonderful ANDAZI restaurant.

"We stayed here for two nights out of our week-long trip, and the breakfast was excellent! The bread, salad, yogurt, and sausages were all delicious. They even had some traditional Georgian dishes (only those suitable for breakfast, though), which I really enjoyed. The room was clean and had a refrigerator. It's conveniently located near the hot springs, so you can walk there. I highly recommend it if you're staying on the Old Town side."

Ramada by Wyndham Tbilisi Old City Hotels in Tbilisi

Ramada by Wyndham Tbilisi Old City

"The service was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed. The pool and spa were a highlight—very clean, not crowded, and exceeding expectations for a hotel of this size. The location is convenient, close to Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi, with a supermarket and several dining options nearby. The metro and bus stops are both within about a 10-minute walk. The restaurant and room service were reasonably priced, although portion sizes could be slightly larger. Breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of options and generous serving hours. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Excellent, the standard room is quite spacious. The breakfast was varied, and even the power outage throughout Tbilisi didn't have a negative impact. It's a bit noisy in the room; perhaps the double-glazed windows need to be adjusted. We asked to be moved to another room, but they refused, saying there were no available rooms."

Eleon Boutique Hotel ★★★
"This hotel is nestled in the old town, just a leisurely 10-minute walk to the Holy Trinity Cathedral – the location couldn’t be more convenient. The property is run by two gentlemen, both incredibly warm and welcoming. They greet every guest with big, genuine smiles whenever you cross paths with them. I booked a family room for four nights and a twin room for one night. The family room comes with full kitchen facilities, perfect for self-catering – I’d highly recommend this room type! To top it all off, the breakfast spread is generous and delicious!"

"The room is really small, and so is the bed. However, it's very convenient to walk around and get to attractions. There's a popular '网红树' (internet-famous tree) right outside, and nearby there's a freshly baked bread store and several small supermarkets."

"1) The location is near Liberty Square. However, it is tiring because you have to climb a hill. There is a supermarket and a fruit store right in front of the accommodation. 2) There are many people staying for extended periods. As a result, items are scattered haphazardly inside the dormitories. It would be good to install lockers so guests can organize their belongings. 3) The kitchen and bathroom feel less like they are dirty and more like they are poorly maintained. There are missing or broken tiles on the floor... but it does not affect usability. It is aesthetically unpleasing. It was a bit difficult because an unpleasant smell came up from the bathroom. 4) People smoke on the terrace, so the smell of cigarettes sometimes enters the room. 5) The cleanliness of the common areas is average, and the interior design is quite elaborate."

"Thank you to Irina, Inna, and Nana for such warm hospitality. They helped me choose places to visit and recommended only the best. All the best to your team! Overall, a great hotel. The decor, reminiscent of the cult film "Mimino," is especially interesting. The location is near an ancient church, practically in the center of Tbilisi."
