"The hotel is conveniently located a 3-minute walk from Ablavari Station, which is a hub for metro and bus routes. Nearby are a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, and a currency exchange. The hotel is also close to the old town, making it easy to explore. However, the staff barely speak English. The reception desk is often unattended, which can be a bit inconvenient when you need something. The room had a refrigerator and a hot water kettle, and the bed was clean and comfortable. However, there were no amenities, so I recommend bringing your own. The hot shower took a while to heat up, but it was comfortable. There were plenty of outlets (Type C), making it convenient for charging devices. However, the air conditioning was slightly ineffective, making it a bit cold in the mornings and evenings. (Also, there was no remote control, so I had to ask a staff member to bring one from another room...)"

The view of Tbilisi from the room is lovely. I highly recommend it, especially since we booked a night at another hotel across the river, which was a dump even though the photos looked nice, and it was inconvenient to get to. This hotel is top-notch."

Those traveling independently without a car should avoid this hotel, as it's located halfway up a hill, which is very inconvenient, and there are few restaurants nearby."

We had 2 double interconnecting rooms, and they were well-appointed and quiet, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready with a smile and quick to assist with any request. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the atmosphere in the hotel was warm and welcoming. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tiblisi (old Town area) and would gladly stay here again."
