GGuest UserThe hotel is generally well located; however, access by car is not very convenient. Vehicles cannot approach the entrance directly, so guests are dropped off nearby and have to walk to the hotel with their luggage.
Overall, the staff leave a positive impression — the team works in a coordinated manner, and there is clear involvement from both the front desk and management. Unfortunately, this applies to a lesser extent to the restaurant and room service.
Restaurant service could be improved: service is not always prompt, and tables are cleared with delays. At the same time, the food quality is good — breakfasts are tasty, and hot dishes are prepared well and replenished on time. I would also note that during breakfast, waiters leave the dining area several times to smoke, exiting directly from the restaurant. As a result, the door is frequently opened and cold air enters the room, which is uncomfortable during the winter season.
I would also note that communication with room service was inappropriate — the order was taken in a rather rude manner, which does not meet expectations for a hotel of this level.
The rooms are very compact. Once a suitcase is opened or a chair is moved away from the desk, it becomes difficult to move around the room. All beds in the hotel are made of two joined beds; there are no king-size beds. This information was confirmed at the front desk when I attempted to upgrade my room. Room lighting is insufficient, and the windows face neighboring buildings.
The organization of drinking water also raises questions. Despite the hotel’s four-star rating, water is not delivered to the rooms. Guests are expected to fill their own bottles from a water dispenser on the floor, where queues sometimes form, creating the impression of staying in a student campus.
Housekeeping is carried out regularly, though not always thoroughly.
At the same time, I would like to note a positive point: due to low occupancy, I was provided with a complimentary room upgrade, which had a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay.
Overall, the hotel leaves a mixed impression: strong work from the front desk and management and decent food quality are combined with noticeable shortcomings in restaurant service, room comfort, and basic guest amenities.

GGuest UserStays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator.
Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime.
The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order.
The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali.
I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early.
I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps.
And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand.
I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

GGuest UserThe beds were very clean and the view was amazing from the 10th floor. Our room was always cleaned up whenever we would come back to the room everyday. The bathrooms cleanliness and shower was amazing and very good quality. The staff were very nice and all spoke English, giving us a comfortable and pleasant experience at the Hilton Hotel.

XxhchengFrom the airport, take bus 377 and transfer to bus 371. The bus stop is across from the hotel. To get to the airport, transfer to bus 377 from bus 540. Just to the hotel entrance, head left to find the sulfur baths. A short walk leads to popular areas like Freedom Square. The cable car is just across the bridge. Transportation is very convenient, not just for the subway. Tbilisi bus stops generally have signs indicating the arrival time for each bus.
The receptionist was very welcoming. The lobby is warm and homey.
The room was large, with two large windows facing the street and directly opposite the adjacent building. Opening the windows was a bit noisy, but the soundproofing was excellent.
In addition to the bed, wardrobe, desk, and pantry, there was also a stool at the foot of the bed, a sofa chair, a small coffee table, and floor-standing clothes racks. The suitcase shelf was so long that we could fit both of our suitcases. Most pleasantly, the mini-fridge contained free water and several beverages.
The bathroom was large, but the water pressure was a bit weak.
The hotel has its own steakhouse on the first floor, and there are many restaurants nearby. Clean up in time.

XXiaoai8661The hotel's location is pretty decent. It took about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room was quite comfortable; I booked a slightly larger room type. The hotel environment and breakfast were really good, with many choices of vegetables, meats, and cheeses. However, the surrounding area is a bit quiet for walking, and it's a bit far from the main attractions. But overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

GGuest UserBrilliant location. Had an early flight at 6am and this hotel is literally across the road from the airport so we walked to departures early morning. We stayed elsewhere, except for final night of holiday we booked this Ibis. The dogs and cows were noisier than the planes but slept well. Pricey drinks at bar, didn't have any food. Got a Bolt to Tbilisi old town for a meal and it cost £9. Good price for the distance. Hotel clean and room big enough for 3 adults.

GGuest UserGreat hotel and helpful staff. I had spent 30 minutes at reception before coming to my room, sorting out the next day’s trip, with the staff who was especially helpful. After that, I came upstairs, changed clothes, and was finally ready to rest. Shortly after, I was asked to come back down just to pay for and collect my laundry (express service to which I had to call and followup for). I was extremely tired and not feeling well, so I asked 3–4 times if they could make an exception and bring it upstairs. They refused, saying it’s hotel policy that all payments must be made at reception, a ridiculous policy for a hotel of this standard. Ironically, the same night we ordered food to the room, and they brought a card machine upstairs and took payment on the spot. I had actually planned to rebook this hotel but I decided against it solely because of this inconvenient and inconsistent policy.

KkamgpdjThe location is far from the center and you need to be careful as you can't go without using a taxi or bus. The equipment said toothbrush and bathrobe, but it wasn't in the room.
I didn't have a bathtub in my room, so I told the front desk to change to a room with a bathtub.
The luxury of the rooms and facilities is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel, but the service was the impression that it was a 4-star hotel.

DDorjiThe hotel room condition and cleanness are ok. Location is pretty far from old town.
The staff donot speak good english. Breakfast is very simple. Roof top bar closes at 11pm and the staff closes the bar 30 minutes before.
Taking the elevator to room during the day time is horrible and takes lot of time coz the hotel share the elevator with co working space from 1 to 15th floor.
If u are walking, then the location is not good as its pretty sloppy. But good thing is there is a super market right infront of the hotel.
