"Couldn’t ask for a better location — everything I needed was within walking distance. The hotel had a welcoming, clean atmosphere, and my room was both cozy and quiet. Staff were super helpful and genuinely friendly, which made the stay even better. I especially loved the morning coffee and variety at breakfast. One night, I caught the city skyline from the terrace — not a bad view at all. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay."

"Really outstanding value for money as this hotel is close to Rustaveli with a number of buses going to and from Freedom square as well as the old town. It’s also convenient for Avlobari where many day trips departs from. The rooms are excellent ! Clean, spacious and well appointed. There are a lot of flights arriving into Tbilisi in the early mornings, do note that you can enter a 00:00-06:00 check in option so that you can have a snooze as soon as you get in from the airport.
Ii can’t really complain about this property, central, convenient and lots of shops close by. This is not down in the old town so the price is a bonus for what it is."

"Brand new and very clean. Comfortable beds. The room missed a few things like water bottles, vanity kits, etc. but they brought all of it after we asked.
Possibility to check in early for 50% of the rate which is very useful when you arrive in the middle of the night.
Slight issue with the bathroom if you take a shower, the water doesn't go down the drain right away so it starts leaking outside."

"The location is good, you can eat when you go out, it's convenient to travel, the room is very clean, the boss is also very good, there are only a few steps of stairs, and there is a button on the stairs, you can press it to let the boss help you come down to get the luggage. I saw a lot of people in the comment area saying that there are many stairs and it is inconvenient to carry luggage. I can only say that they are too pretentious. There are only a few stairs, so it's completely possible."

"We took a taxi from Tbilisi Station to the hotel, which took about 20 minutes. The hotel is in a great location. It is opposite the trade center. The room is clean and hygienic. The hotel has a swimming pool. The breakfast is also very rich. The only drawback is that it is close to the main road and it is a bit noisy at night."

Amazing
KKimwillruleShota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish
AAnonymous UserThe hotel was good clean and nice the location is good as well walkable areas and there is metro station very very close. Only the breakfast is not very much but still was nice and there is no personal items for using on the room you have to call and ask them for it. Overall is a good hotel
MMalisaStayed here for 1 night before our flight return and it was a nice hotel with a green garden area around the property. Hotel staff seemed very busy with their own conversations among themselves in the restaurants when we tried to order coffee. The female staff at the reception was not able to recommend any areas nearby however during our check-out we were very pleased with the male staff who was able to recommend me and my friend a local restaurant nearby and more places in the city near by.
GGuest UserGreat experience in this cozy and wonderful hotel. We liked everything starting from interesting building of the hotel itself, spacious room and very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with live piano music or on the sunny terrace.
We were very happy choosing this hotel, great location near by with bar/restaurants street as well as park zone and just 10 mins walking distance to Liberty square
NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.
NNuonuo07This hotel in Tbilisi is a gem! Very attentive personal, from manager to every stuff member was very helpful, listened to our requests and made us feel amazing georgian hospitality. The room in 2nd block had unique georgian design and had everything you’d need, from iron to body cream, and their bathing products are just great, loved the smell! Hotel has a great location near old city, pretty close to everywhere and there’s also a restaurant with nice breakfast, but my advice to also visit them later for lunch/dinners, enjoyed my every minute there and would love to come back! thank you Khedi!
GGuest UserVery nice hotel with nice and helpful staff working there. Both reception, restaurant and housekeeping.
Very nice location just few minutes down the hill to the old town.
Really nice, not boring, choices for breakfast with some traditional kartvelian cuisine choices, wonderful restaurant view to the city. Just a bit anoying that some guests come to eat breakfast with sweaty pijamas just out of bed (but that is their lack of culture nothing to do with the hotel).
Rooms are spaceous with all the amenities needed for the stay. Rooms with city views are stunning, so do not hesitate to pay extra few euros for that, it is really worth it to experience amazing sunrise or beautiful city lights at night.
The hotel is calm and beds are very comfortable.
The hotel and rooms are very clean.
Definatelly would consider to stay there again. Highly recommended.
Thank you for a nice experience!
GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
GGuest UserGreat Location.
Near a super Kebab takeaway Mr Schwarma.
Friendly staff spoke English.
Very Clean.
Good Buffet breakfast.
Arrive early or it gets cold.
Staff organised our Taxi.
Book taxi before Midnight or it is double price.
Beware of Pomegranate Juice vendors.
EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE RIPOFF.
ППутешественникиThe best thing about this hotel is its location! Everything is around for the corner for the first time tourist. In the same time very quiet spot as it is off the main streets.
The triple room was very small for three people. The showroom even smaller than reasonable. The room had shabby walls and worn carpet. The is a string Need to update and refresh rooms for the price and star rating.
Breakfast was VERY basic and limited for 4*. Don’t expect much at all , if breakfast is imported from your pint of view.
The hotel is made up from two houses linked together. One has a lift, but other - does not! We are talking 4 floors with no lift. Be mindful When you book a room. May be worth to send a special request to allocate a room the the “lifted” part if you have mobility issues.
The beds are comfortable and big. The linen is fresh and crisp. Very clean.
Good luck and enjoy your trip!
