Tbilisi Hotels with Hot Tub

The best accommodation experience in the whole Georgia, the location is very convenient. Stayed for six days, the waiter was enthusiastic, the hotel had everything, the breakfast was very rich and delicious, and the price/performance ratio was full

It’s really nice hotel, location is perfect Nice spa and swimming pool however services is really bad, very very slow, we went to sky bar which is on 36th floor, sat down for menu and after waiting 30min nobody came to serve us even thou bar was pretty much empty, they should pay more attention to customers, service in pretty bad there Everything else was good

A really nice stay at this hotel. The location is good and breakfast was decent too. Nata who was one of the staff here was superb. She was so helpful and always willing to help. She definitely is an asset to this hotel. She has a very polite and approachable manner to her. Nata was a big reason we re-booked our stay at this hotel after we returned back to Tbilisi from Batumi. We have stayed many in Holiday inn locations around Europe and Asia, but me and my girlfriend both felt Nata was one of the most helpful staff members we have met! There was also another young man , I don’t know his man , he was on the night shift. He was also super friendly and helpful. He had big fuzzy hair and was really nice . Overall , a great location with superb staff ( especially the 2 mentioned ) . Will definitely recommend this to my friends.

Great hotel and service! There are several large supermarkets and a beautiful park nearby. The room was clean and fresh, but there was a minus. There is not much lighting in the room. There is none at all, just a bedside lamp and a floor lamp. This light was not enough for me.

Let me list down all of my comments and impressions to this Hotel. - The place was small and compact, yet the best one I could say. - Staff were very accommodating and friendly. - It is located at center, wherein everything is accessible and walking distance. I love the place, and I highly recommend it. 💯👌

Great location! At the liberty square. Great staff!! Kindly helped for everything with a smile. Very good breakfast (vegetables, eggs, cheese, fruits, croissants, etc…) Clean rooms, and other benefits. Definitely a great value for money

I happened to pass by and the hotel looked good, so I canceled my original reservation and stayed there. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant interior is luxurious. The room was in good condition, but there was a bit of noise because it was close to the road. I went because they said the swimming pool was open until 12 o'clock. I was a little taken aback when I heard that it would finish at 11:30 while I was using it. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

I had a great stay at Brosse Garden. Fun and caring people that work here. I had great breakfast and overall really great time at Tbilisi! I recommend Tbilisi to everyone! You have to see beautiful places here and if you are coming in Tbilisi, you have to stay at Brosse Garden Hotel! Thanks to hotel's people, I had best time in my life.

Swimming pool, food was amazing, staff were extremely helpful, hotel room was stunning 😍 will definitely come back again! The late check in is a little disappointing but no problems at all!

We booked a room with two beds. We sent a message to the hotel via the Trip.com app, which they never answered. We also sent an email directly to the hotel, which they never answered either. The rooms with two beds are smaller than the rooms with one bed. When we arrived, the room we were given had two beds pushed together with one sheet. They had to send someone to separate them and make the beds each with their own sheets. There are two chairs in the room, but neither has armrests, which makes them not very comfortable. The mattresses are not very comfortable. They put a mattress on top of the mattress, which makes it too soft and hot, and we had to remove them to be able to sleep better. They have TV channels, especially news. Nothing in Spanish, Portuguese or Italian. The breakfast is good, although for long stays it is always the same. There are two types of hot dishes, one with scrambled eggs, one with bacon and one with some type of vegetable (this one changes daily). There is a buffet of breads, two types of cereals, jams and honeycomb. Various fruits, hazelnuts, fresh cheeses, yogurts, hard-boiled eggs, skimmed milk and almond milk. A coffee and cappuccino machine and some tea bags. You can also order eggs to taste. The gluten-free bread is terrible, it consists of a tasteless roll that falls apart when you cut it and the other option is round rice cakes that are not packaged and are no longer crispy, but rather ”gummy” because they are left unwrapped. Luckily we brought our gluten-free bread, since they never answered the email we sent or the message on the app asking if they had gluten-free options. The gym is small. It is fine for aerobic exercises. It has few weights. The heaviest is the 20-pound one and is located in the basement. On the top floor there is a terrace where you can see a nice view of the old part of the city. The entrance to the hotel is unpaved, I think they are repairing the road. When you leave it is a 5 minute walk to the thermal baths, 10 minutes to the cable car that takes you up to the castle and about 20 minutes to the clock tower. Going by ”bolt” is a very good option to get around the city. The staff at the reception and the restaurant are friendly. The security staff are always serious, as if they were angry, they never smile.
