GGuest UserHotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.

In addition, I lived outside the old town before and it was so noisy. There was no problem here. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, but it could be until 11 o'clock and weekend to 11:30. GGuest UserEverything was fine and comfortable for me. The gym and pool were very good. The Wi-Fi on the 8th floor was excellent. Of course, a lot of things need some repairs, but it wasn't too annoying. The breakfast was very good.

KKumiss_wangA hotel with a great sense of design. I especially like their bathroom and hotel color matching. It is very comfortable and harmonious. The bathroom feels gentle and romantic. The only flaw is that the bottom of the bed should not be cleaned properly, and there is a large sticky area. In order to prevent myself from seeing it, I pushed the bed over to cover it.
The breakfast is also very good, and the fruit is super fresh.
I also experienced afternoon tea in the hotel in the afternoon. The hot chocolate should be the most sticky I have ever tasted. I think it is a bit like chocolate syrup, hahaha

WWangxiaodongKellyThe hotel is a bit old and faces the street, so the rooms can be a bit noisy. While there's a balcony, it's surrounded by trees, so there's no view. However, since we arrived so late, we were tired and slept! Our room was on the 5th floor. There was a bar on the 6th floor, and there was a party going on until 11:30 PM, even though the hotel says it closes at 11:00 PM. If you usually go to bed early, this might be a problem, so I recommend choosing a different floor. The breakfast was a bit more plentiful. Also, Hanqiao Market is very close by.

GGuest UserA very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price.
Breakfast was excellent.
For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David.
Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Service is slow and mediocre, not really a Radisson level. ****** on the ground level attracts strange people outside at night time.

KkamgpdjThe location is far from the center and you need to be careful as you can't go without using a taxi or bus. The equipment said toothbrush and bathrobe, but it wasn't in the room.
I didn't have a bathtub in my room, so I told the front desk to change to a room with a bathtub.
The luxury of the rooms and facilities is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel, but the service was the impression that it was a 4-star hotel.
