Spa hotels in Tbilisi

It's quite remote, but it's recommended for those who want to relax. It takes about an hour and a half to move from the city area, and there is really no store nearby, so it might be better to come after stopping by the supermarket. There was a simple kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine. It's like a family business, so you might want to call or ring the intercom when you arrive. The room is relatively clean and comfortable, and do you want coffee? My father made an omelet for breakfast, which was the best. There is also a pool and sauna, so I wish I had brought a swimsuit, and I regret it, and I would like to use it if I have the opportunity to come to Tbilisi slowly next time.

I love this hotel for its proximity to the sulfur baths and thermal spa, where you can enjoy a full range of treatments, as well as for the delicious breakfasts (which, by the way, are good everywhere in Georgia) and comfortable beds. Narikala Fortress and the magnificent Botanical Garden are also very close by.

Bioli Resort is honestly one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious places I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say that it will be my first choice every time I visit Georgia. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the views are breathtaking, and the cottages are beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. Every little detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the appliances and facilities to the overall eco-friendly concept of the resort. The staff are absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, smiling, kind, and helpful. The food is delicious, and I especially loved the connection with nature throughout the property. They even have friendly animals, including llamas and beautiful birds, which makes the whole experience feel even more unique and special. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, nature, and tranquility. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like. Definitely one of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced, and a place I will keep coming back to whenever I’m in Georgia. 100/10. Absolutely exceptional. 🤍

The hotel boasts an excellent location; it's a landmark building that you can spot from afar. The room was quite spacious, and at 1000 yuan a night, it offers decent value for money. Highly recommended.

I'm writing this review a bit late, but I stayed here at the beginning of July and was very pleased! Even though some renovations were still underway, it didn't bother me at all. The staff made sure there were no noises or smells. They even upgraded me to a room with a terrace. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! The staff were polite and attentive 🫶🏽 I want to thank them for their hospitality!

The hotel is in Vake. This is a nice business area but a bit far from the old city and touristic parts. The hotel is in a locally well known twisted highrise. The rooms showing their age and towels and linens are at the end of their life cycle. The hotel service in Georgia is one of the worst in the World and this one is no exception. I guess it is a residual cultural thing left over legacy from the USSR era.

The room wasn't huge, but the high ceilings gave it a good sense of space, so it didn't feel small at all. When we first checked in, we were given room 206, which was incredibly noisy. I went downstairs to the front desk, and without a word, they offered a solution. They moved us to room 303, an inner-facing room. The service was absolutely impeccable. And the hotel staff were all very friendly and spoke fluent English. Five-star service, truly. Plus, the deposit was refunded very quickly – I received it within 12 hours of checking out. The breakfast was just okay. However, after staying at other larger hotels in different Georgian cities after checking out, I realized their breakfast was actually quite good in comparison. I'd suggest adding more food options that appeal to Asian tourists, especially those from China, Japan, and Korea. During breakfast, I noticed most guests were indeed from these three regions. This would definitely boost the hotel's competitiveness.

I am happy with my stay at the Ramada. I really liked the hammam and the steam room, it was really relaxing. The room is clean, there are slippers, bath accessories, tea, coffee, water. It was warm in January. The bed is large and quite soft. The staff is polite, especially thanks to Saba S. at the hotel's reception, who helped solve the problem. The jacuzzi is small but cozy and relaxing, there is an indoor pool working in winter, a gym. The location allows to go to the city center by feet, getting to know the city, but also there was no any problems to go to metro station nearby and take a taxi. I would come back here again.

We loved everything! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, the water and food were delicious! The staff was friendly, and there's a great new park across the street from the hotel! There's a professional swimming pool and a children's pool with a jacuzzi! 😁 We'll definitely choose this hotel when we visit Tbilisi.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
