Well, the host is nice and the view from the terrace is great. But the rooms are need to be repaired. Good for one-night stand.

If you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you.
It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way.
The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings.
The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice.
For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream.

It is located behind Tbilisi station, a little up the hill. Recommended for sightseeing around Tbilisi as it has easy access to the subway, train and bus. There is also a shopping mall down the hill.
The hotel is located on a hill, so the view from the hotel is very good, and I enjoyed the night view while having a drink on my way back from sightseeing during the day. I think it's a very good location because you can feel the atmosphere of Tbilisi with your whole body.
By the way, you can also see the Tbilisi Television Broadcasting Tower and the Ferris wheel at Mtatsminda Park.

It varies depending on the room and options, but the one I stayed in was a room with a large bed, a refrigerator, and a unit bath, and the interior was beautiful. There is a chair with a nice view outside the door.

There is also a bar with a nice atmosphere, which is recommended for those who want to chat with other travelers. The homemade breakfast served at the bar was also delicious. You can also have dinner if you order.
There is also a covered sofa on the terrace, so it's perfect for relaxing.

I spent 12 days touring Armenia and Georgia and stayed in several hotels, but this was the best. Considering the price range, the cost performance is also quite good.
Also, the owner was a very kind and nice person.
However, this seems to be a hidden gem for Japanese people.
Please use this service not only in Tbilisi but also when sightseeing in Mtskheta, Kazbegi, Gori, etc. using Tbilisi as your base.

There is hot water at the front desk of the room. It is cheap and can provide breakfast. There is no toothpaste and slippers in the room. You can bring your own. There is a bathroom in the room.

Small, lovely boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Average price. Only hotel location was a bit far from city center.
