The room was very, very dirty, the toilet was leaking, and the facilities were very rudimentary. They were not perfect at all, very imperfect, extremely imperfect. I will never stay in a similar hotel next time.

The hotel is located along the road from Tbilisi city center to Tbilisi International Airport. Taxi/Bolt access is very easy and cost me 17Lari from the airport. At 3:30 in the morning, I had to wait about 15min for someone from the hotel to open the door for me and allow me to check in. The hotel is simple, dated with hot water, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste and soap available. Upon arrival, I asked to buy a bottle of water and was told that it was not possible and that I could drink the tap water. Ideal for one night but not more.

The service is terrible. There is no hot water or coffee. There is no heater (the heater is not hot). Customers sleep cold. There is no counter service to answer questions. In summary, it is terrible. I swear that I will tell others not to stay here.
