The hotel is located in the center, near many cafes and restaurants. The bed is very comfortable, the room is quiet, bright, not stuffy. The view of the city is amazing. It's a little weird that the sink is in the room and not in the bathroom, but that wasn't a problem. There is a cafe on the ground floor.

Wow, what a room! Huge balcony and was there over New Years and the view of the fireworks over the river and the mountains were incredible. The receptionist at check-out was incredibly warm and welcoming. Great location and will be awesome once the wine bar is opened as well to have a drink after a day of exploring.

Poor customer service of hotel and trip .com app no humanity no justice my brother and family 5 members were not able to travel we informed requested several times to kindly cancel booking before time they rejected all requests what they want is money

I arrived to the hotel on May 21 in the very early morning. The male staff (I forgot to ask his name) in the front desk is super friendly and caring. Since I was too early there and waiting for the room for a long time. He offered me a glass of water which is small gestures but indeed means as lot. And the rest of the stay is perfect.
Generally, all the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and perfect cuz I got the one can see Mother of Georgia. The location is perfect as well. You can reach to many attractions in a walking distance. Since I am a solo traveller, there are loads of good restaurants around and I don’t have to worry about the safety of going back to hotel after dinner at night.

Amazing location in old Tbilisi. It is easy to get to local attractions. The room with balcony with view to The Mother of Georgia is awesome.
The personnel are friendly and always helping.

Avoid! The room decoration smells so bad that it makes me cry and runny nose! Ctrip shows that it opened in 24 years, and it is estimated that it opened on December 31, 24. This country has always wanted to join the EU, but the hotel's indoor air standards are definitely not EU standards. On the last day, the fire alarm went off inexplicably at around 5 o'clock in the morning, saying that the kitchen downstairs was on fire. It was terrible
