This is my second time staying here. It is on the old tbilisi mountain. It is not too far from the sulfur baths, the puppet clock, the cable car station and other attractions. The room is clean and the service staff is very friendly. The view from the window is beautiful. It is very quiet in the morning and evening. The room has a small balcony where you can drink tea and look out. Although the breakfast is not rich, it has everything you need. However, if you have difficulty walking or carry a large suitcase, or bring the elderly and children, then I advise you to think twice. The hillside is very steep and the road is paved with stones and is very narrow. Although you can get there by taxi, it is not as convenient as flat land.

Wonderful hotel! Excellent location. You can feel the atmosphere of Georgia, the hotel is located in the very center of the old city! It was very colorful and interesting to wander along the narrow old streets of the city.
The hotel has wonderful breakfasts and a terrace on the roof.
Of the minuses, I can note that we got a room on the 1st floor, without a view. It was a bit dark in the room.
Overall, we would return to the hotel!

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, within walking distance of Freedom Square, the Georgian Mother Statue and the fortress. Except for the uphill walk, the location is excellent and it is a boutique hotel in a quiet area. The second-floor view room has a balcony where you can lie down and watch the city view and sunrise. It is cleaned every day and the breakfast is rich and satisfying.
