This was the best hotel we ever had in Georgia,Tbilisi. The hotel staff were extremely cooperative and friendly, including the receptionists. Our room was big enough and comfortable and most importantly it was clean. The breakfast overall was the best, especially the coffee. We had the best time with Sephia Hotel and an enjoyable trip in Georgia, which will always be my best and most memorable trip ever. Highly recommended and worth the price!!!!!

Pro - Very helpful and warm Receptionist especially Miss Nino and Anna . They were the best in terms of customer service. Rooms are big enough and location is off centre by 2 kms Com - no staff in the night except the receptionist which is major con The breakfast for both the days was the same which can be improved by a significant mile

Rooms and toilets are clean, supportive staff. Especially Ms. Nino who advised us to wear winter jacket while going for a tour which really help us as the temperature was (-2) which was not mentioned by our tour guide. Hotel location is not in the center of attractions. Need to walk and get Metro to reach Freedom Square, which is really far. Breakfast is the same every day as we stayed four nights. Hotel was booked by our travel agent "Your Journey" which is not a good agency as per our experience with them.

A very chic 4 Star hotels good for solo and couple traveler's to stay. Very quite place and clean property. The staff in hotel reception are very friendly specially to TINA who's very helpful about my queries/questions/ and sharing informations during my stay.

The hotel let me down. We got two single beds pushed together which was quite uncomfortable. The hotel television was on the side, which proved useless, as it was impossible to watch. The curtains came off all the time and I woke up in the morning with the light. The breakfast was served in a bad mood by the attendant! cold eggs, no cutlery, and worst of all! We were charged for water and coffee! inadmissible. Even with a top-quality front office and a great location and a beautiful view, at the end of the day, I don't recommend it

Понравилось · Очень хорошее расположение, в тихом переулке, до метро Руставели 10 мин пешком. До проспекта Руставели можно и пешком дойти мин за 20. Персонал очень приятный, они молодцы. Приятно удивило наличие стиральной машины в хоз помещении отеля, эта услуга бесплатная. Не понравилось · Полотенца...сделайте что-нибудь с ними, они старые и пахнут, когда мокрые... полотенца надо либо заменить, либо стирать с вкусно пахнущим кондиционером.

Добрый день! Я (Алла) и моя подруга Александра отдыхали в Тбилиси с 18.07. по 22.07.2022. Остановились в этом небольшом уютном отеле. Номер у нас был на 4 этаже с прекрасным балконом, где утром можно было наслаждаться тишиной города. В отеле есть небольшой спортзал, мне достаточно было беговой дорожки и эллипсоида для поддержания формы. Удобное расположение от основных автобусных остановок и метро недалеко (по меркам Москвы). Очень приветливый персонал, говорящий на русской языке. Прекрасный сад, где утром можно насладиться кофе и принять пищу. Все было превосходно. Спасибо за теплый прием.
