The people here are truly the kindest—from reception to kitchen staff, everyone is warm and incredibly helpful. The food is simple but delicious, and the kitchen team made every meal feel like home. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, though the amenities are basic—don’t expect 5-star luxury, but it's very fair for the price. Location is a bit outside the center but well-connected via nearby bus stop. Great value and even better people.

The hotel is cute, spacious, clean rooms, the hotel is not far from the center, and most importantly, courteous service קיבלו אותנו בחיוך גדול, סייעו עם המזוודות (והיום לנו...) בית המלון חמוד, חדרים מרווחים, נקיים, המלון לא רחוק מהמרכז, והכי חשוב שרות אדיב ფართო ღიმილით მიგვიღეს, ბარგის გადატანაში დაგვეხმარნენ (და ჩვენც...) სასტუმრო საყვარელია, ფართო, სუფთა ოთახებით, სასტუმრო ცენტრიდან არც ისე შორსაა და რაც მთავარია, თავაზიანი მომსახურება.

View from the balcony of the city and the staff were excellent, particularly the gentleman on reception. He could not do enough to try and make our stay pleasant, he was very customer focused and a credit to the hotel. The room was a good size and comfortable. We were gratefully allocated a room on the upper floor behind reception (there is some noise from people coming and going but not a huge issue). Breakfast was okay, although some fresh fruit would have been appreciated. The hotel did not give the "wow" factor that we were expecting from the rave reviews and high rating. It needs some maintenance, particularly in the balcony area. Bedside lights would be a useful addition. WiFi was very weak in our room. Overall however, good value for money for a city hotel.

Excellent hotel for Tblisi. Lovely room with a great view of the city. Great breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of information on where to go and how to get around. Had organised a pick from the airport and Giga who collected me was great. They'd lost my luggage at the airport but once it was found he, very helpfully, agreed to go back to the airport and pick it up. Which was a great relieve upon arriving!

This hotel deserves a NEGATIVE review. The owner does not have basic courtesy and treat his guests with disregard and disrespect. He argues at everything he provides and makes you feel as though you owe it to him to stay there. He is outrageous in his behaviour and is a cheater. The "double" bed in his room is actually two twin beds put side by side. He is a rip off and trouble maker who gives guests no peace. It was a torture to be there.

Excellent service from Giga. He made sure we had everything we needed, helped us with food orders and bolt taxi everyday. He’s friendly and makes you feel at home. The room is nice also, clean bathroom. Great value for money and highly recommended ❤️

This is a gem of a hotel. Came because of the view, stayed extra 3 nights because of the convenience, breakfast, comfy warm room, and generous care of host and owner Giga. He runs a proper customer-oriented, non-boring-chain hotel where guests are first. From the ever changing breakfast buffet (8 to 10), the all day and night free espresso machine coffee, and tea, to the clean and tidy bedrooms, this place is outstanding. Arrived with no local GEL (Lari), so Giga lent me 5 lari to catch Bolt to the best exchange booth in town. The lounge breakfast area is great to see over the city if you get the cheapest rooms with no view. The old city is very varied with bakeries everywhere. There are 2 bus stops right next to hotel so we got Metromoney cards and traveled all over city easily. The staff are so friendly here, helpful and kind. One of a kind hotel. Even had some free wine from Giga. Highly recommended for a beautiful stay anytime of year!
