One of the best Hotel I ever stayed in!
I came before the checkin, as I have very long sleepless flight. They feed me (for free) and checked me in even before 2 p.m.
Polite and helpful personnel. They give me all the directions I wanted.
Very clean and cozy room. With incredible bed (that could be because of my sleep deprivation), I slept like a log (very comfortable log) ;)
It situated just next to the Fortress. And other places of interest (Kura set, ancient Georgian churches).
All in all, highly recommend! Disregard the price - it worth every penny.

Staying here for one day can cover a three-day trip. It is very close to the ancient city and sulfur baths. The boss also recommended bringing hotel towels to avoid being charged for towels by the bathroom. This shows their attentiveness. The room is actually not too small. If In North America, a boutique hotel like this might cost twice as much. The room was also upgraded. I will definitely come back next time.

First of all, except that you have to walk a bit and there is no elevator, this is the best hotel. The cleanliness and hotel condition manager are also excellent. The air is refreshing when you wake up in the morning, the location is good, and I highly recommend it.

Very small room. So small that there is no room to open the suitcase. And if you open it, then there’s nowhere to go. Don't take a standard room. It is inconvenient to live in it. At the reception they said that we should have taken another room, but this standard one was, yes, very small.

What a lovely place to stay. Clean rooms, helpful staff, good position in the old part of town and an excellent breakfast. They have a bar area downstairs which was a nice place to chill with a beer. Airport transfer service if required. Would definitely stay here again if in Tbilisi.

The pictures do not match what is in reality. If you're ok with staying at a hotel that hasn't been renovated in maybe 20 years, then this is your place. Also, the hotel feels very unclean, a bit run down, probably has something to do with the old carpet and dirty walls. It's located right in the epicenter of the most touristic part of the old town, which might not be your thing. It wasn't mine. I was disappointed and the hotel just didn't have a good atmosphere. On the plus side, the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was, well, kind of inedible, compared to what other hotels in Tbilisi offer. I think this hotel is priced at a higher range mainly because of its attractive location. But not worth the money in my opinion.
