Great Location. Near a super Kebab takeaway Mr Schwarma. Friendly staff spoke English. Very Clean. Good Buffet breakfast. Arrive early or it gets cold. Staff organised our Taxi. Book taxi before Midnight or it is double price. Beware of Pomegranate Juice vendors. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE RIPOFF.

The room is big and nice. A decent mid-range to high-end hotel. The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. The large parking lot at the door is very friendly and convenient for parking

First nights in Tbilisi and we stayed in this hotel as it is very convenient for coffee shops, supermarket and a scroll around the city. There was only 1 front desk staff available during our stay, so we were unable to ask for translation assistance for our taxi ride. However, we ended up renting a car and the hotel also provides an underground parking area for hotel guests which was great.

The hotel is located in the new city district and is very quiet. It offers a buffet breakfast, and the most memorable thing is the park next door. With its varied terrain and a variety of buildings, it's more than an hour's walk through. It's incredibly comfortable and perfect for a leisurely stroll. Although a bit far from the old city, the rooms are clean, the bedding, and the service are excellent. I love the layout of the restaurant, and there's a community cafeteria right next door (open in the mornings), which is perfect for Chinese palates (it's the least salty Georgian restaurant there), and the prices are very affordable. Remember to buy some snacks from the supermarket before you go, as there's no supermarket nearby.

Rest a family with two children, room, service, breakfast all on a firm four. Of the downsides : to the center it is necessary to go, the hotel lacks lighting and on the floors is dark, cleaning wishes the best (but it is possible that New Year's holidays have affected, and the staff were lazy), left at night - asked for breakfast with them, They answered all the composition ”do not worry, everything will be prepared,” as a result at the time of departure ”round eyes and distributed hands.” We are not hungry, not in offense, but not in Georgian way)

Casual and relaxed hostel, nice people.  Located near city center.  Nice room.  I had a single room for 17 $, it was a scoop.  Clean room and the bed was extraordinary comfortable.  Good kitchen with gas stoves.  Cheap food stores and eateries nearby.

Great hotel and helpful staff. I had spent 30 minutes at reception before coming to my room, sorting out the next day’s trip, with the staff who was especially helpful. After that, I came upstairs, changed clothes, and was finally ready to rest. Shortly after, I was asked to come back down just to pay for and collect my laundry (express service to which I had to call and followup for). I was extremely tired and not feeling well, so I asked 3–4 times if they could make an exception and bring it upstairs. They refused, saying it’s hotel policy that all payments must be made at reception, a ridiculous policy for a hotel of this standard. Ironically, the same night we ordered food to the room, and they brought a card machine upstairs and took payment on the spot. I had actually planned to rebook this hotel but I decided against it solely because of this inconvenient and inconsistent policy.

We took a taxi from Tbilisi Station to the hotel, which took about 20 minutes. The hotel is in a great location. It is opposite the trade center. The room is clean and hygienic. The hotel has a swimming pool. The breakfast is also very rich. The only drawback is that it is close to the main road and it is a bit noisy at night.
