We took a one night vacation at this hotel and we enjoyed it a lot . The room was nice and clean and we had a small balcony. The pool is nice on the roof and it has him and spa. We loved the breakfast served. Location is great for tel Aviv right in the center

Nice, but doesn’t worth the money. At first we received a room at the reception floor. The room was full of little flies, we approached reception and they gave us a new room without asking more questions (i believe they were familiar with the flies issue) They make you leave the room and the hotel (!) by 12. The problem is that this information was not mentioned at the website, they called us fee days before the vacation and told us this information. If we knew before we would probably choose another hotel. This means that you cannot stay at the pool and must leave it by 12 (when you take 1500 nis for a night, you should give your guests the option to enjoy the hotel’s facilities.) The breakfast, in comparison to other hotels in Tel Aviv is very average. There is only a small buffet and no “menu” like in other hotels in the city, no warm omelette. Also when we arrived to breakfast there were no available tables. With that saying they really really nice and Isrotel is usually very good but it seems that the hotel is too small for the number of guests- pool area is small, no sun beds, just chairs, and very little of them. I believe that is why they won’t let you stay. All in all the hotel is very nice, location is perfect and service is very good, pool is a great addition but you can find much better hotels, more value for money in this area (Fabric and hotel 65 for example, which have better breakfast and are cheaper)

If you’re the type of person who likes hotel services do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel. No room service at all Everything you need you must go to the lobby 1- We asked for ice basket and wine glasses, they don’t have it 2- we realised late evening once we went to bed that the tv remote control was missing so we went to the lobby (no room service…) and they came up to look for it and at the end they couldn’t find so they took from another room 3- Breakfast is an extra charge of 120 shekels (30 euros) p/ person. That’s a shame! Since the breakfast area is also a restaurant during the day and evening, they need to use the area and guests was eating their breakfast in plastic and carton plates in the lobby instead… 4- The pool area looks cute, however, people was drinking inside the pool and was crowded and it looked like a hot tub. No real place to seat, luckily we found a chair at the end of the terrace … 5- The hotel gave us a voucher for drink in the pool. All “cocktails” were served in a recyclable coffee glass (see picture) How such a chain can be so unprofessional! I’m shocked from such a service and level. Definitely not worth the money!!! 340 euros p/ night without breakfast, no room service and lobby service staff were not professional (always in their phones). Swimming pool like a hot tub full of people and no wine, cocktails glasses… no ice bucket and more… Just don’t

This is a modern, comfortable hotel in a great location, close to Carmel Market, Rothschild boulevard etc and very near good cafes, restaurants and nightlife. We had a larger room with a balcony, facing the street which is pedestrianised over the weekend/shabbat. Great vibe from the local bars and restaurants. Some might find it noisy at night but the sound proofing in the room was good enough to make a difference. The rooftop pool was a great bonus. No loungers but chairs were fine. The staff went the extra mile by arranging outside washing of our clothes as the hotel prices were expensive. As with everything in Tel-Aviv, the rates are very high but I’d recommend this hotel if you want to be at the heart of the action.

We came 7 friends to celebrate the 40th birthday of one of us and from the beginning we felt that the service was very bad. The pool guy was too angry and he came to send us away at 17:45 when the reception lady promised us that the pool is open until 19:00. Room service doesn’t exist but when we asked for a wine opener they said they are sending it. Obviously it never came. This kept happening but the worst thing was when we checked out at 12:00 we still had a plan in Tel Aviv for 2 hours. The hotel refused to store our 4 bags. Apparently there is no room for storage. However the hotel lobby was full with luggage (of tourists). When I asked to talk to the hotel manager I was sent to floor minus 1 (there were lots of empty rooms there) and the manager was so unpleasant even though there were 2 big bags in her room. She still refused to keep our bags. This ended us ruining our plans and our friend’s birthday. She didn’t care. I totally regret going there. This was definitely not an “Isrotel” experience. No value for money at all.

I was looking forward to my 5 night stay. But it turned out to be a mixed bag. Good: excellent location. Attractive public areas. Soundproofing on windows is excellent. Very little street noise. A/c and ceiling fan also excellent. Bad: upon first entering room, many long hairs lying on the floor. Behind bathroom sink was filthy. Went into shower for first time and shower gel dispenser was completely empty. So no soap to shower. Towels are super thin. No bathrobes. No toiletries. Even with a deluxe room with balcony felt tight. The light in the glass refrigerator (nothing in it-no mini bar) was on 24/7. Couldn’t turn it off. The glass windows in both elevators are very dirty. Every time I had the do not disturb sign on my door, the front desk called to see if all was ok. It happened three times. And woke me three times. Very annoying. When other room doors on the floor close, it makes a very strong banging noise that almost makes the whole room shake. Very disturbing. Hotel caters to young adults over the weekend and they screamed and sang loudly in the hallways. Pool on roof did not have lounge chairs. So not comfortable for relaxing in the sun. I wanted to like this hotel but it really disappointed me in so many ways. Especially with paying $300 usd per night.

Amazing Hotel, prime location in the heart of Nahalt Binyamin. Our experience was great, he had so much fun thanks to Avi the reception manager. For sure we will back for another vacation when possible .

I have stayed in a few hotels in Tel Aviv now. I have always chosen to be near or on the beach. The quality has been average at best and super expensive. This was my first time in the Alberto. It’s 10 minutes from the beach but in the middle of so many cool restaurants and bars. The room is new and super cool, it’s not massive but perfectly formed. There is a little noise from construction and a little noise from the bars and restaurants but even as a light sleeper it didn’t affect me that much. The staff are exceptional as well, every single one was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough
