A terrible hotel. Disgusting, foul-smelling lobby. Hostel-like rooms. Revolting smell throughout the hotel. Not recommended at all.

The hotel strongly emphasized being “adults only” / without children, yet the hotel was full of children. The room was extremely small and crowded. The “view” was simply a wall facing the hotel. The mattress was uncomfortable to the point that we could barely sleep. The shower was unbelievably narrow and uncomfortable. Only one elevator was available for all guests in the hotel. Food was ok, cleaning was ok

We booked a spa day at the Leonardo Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv expecting a relaxing day and full access to the spa facilities. Unfortunately, once we arrived, we were told that use of the hot tub requires an additional payment — something that was not clearly disclosed when purchasing the voucher. To make matters worse, the dry sauna was closed, and we were told we would need to wait about an hour and a half for it to open. During that time, there was very little to enjoy, which completely defeated the purpose of booking a spa day. This is not what we expected when we purchased a voucher marketed as a full “day-off” spa experience. The lack of transparency and unavailable facilities made the experience frustrating rather than relaxing. I would not return to this spa and do not recommend it.

The location is very good There is no parking, and the parking close to hotel very expansive (360 for day and a half) The desk and the staff were very friendly and helpful The lift! Oh the lift! Terrible, extremely slow, and on Saturdays there is only 1. The rooms were ok, nothing special, looks a bit old. The pool was okay, bit crowded. To sum it up: I would choose a better place to stay, but the right price - i would go back (and that price is no more then 150$ per night)
