One of the biggest highlights of the evening was the spectacular 360° view of Thane city. Since we visited for dinner, we were treated to the mesmerizing sight of the city lights and the beautiful night sky, making the experience truly memorable. The ambience at Mynt is elegant and relaxing, with well-spaced, comfortable seating that allows guests to enjoy their meal in a peaceful setting. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection. Considering the exceptional quality and the high standards associated with Taj Vivanta, we found the pricing to be quite reasonable and offered excellent value for money. The service was equally outstanding. We would especially like to acknowledge Shri Abhishek, who took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. He was highly professional, ever-smiling, patient, courteous, polite, and remarkably prompt in attending to every request. His warm hospitality and impeccable service truly enhanced our dining experience. Without any hesitation, I can say that Shri Abhishek is a valuable asset to Taj Vivanta, and his dedication to guest satisfaction deserves special appreciation. Our heartfelt compliments to the entire team at Taj Vivanta and Mynt for making our evening so enjoyable. "Stayed at the venue for 3 days for my friends wedding. The resort is lovely, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food they served was good and tasty. The staff are kind and go out of their way to accommodate guests requirements, the best way they could. My feedback to resort management. - you need more staff to manage the resort - all rooms are on 1st floor, climbing steps each time for guests can be difficult. Consider installing lifts externally - there are lot of options available these days. - consider having electric buggies to be used for transport from one side of the resort to the other. - rooms are cleaned and linen changed only if guest is present in the room! In today's age and time, this is the most absurd requirement I have seen in the service industry!! - no toilet paper in room toilets? Please ensure to supply toilet paper! - common areas such as halls should have working ACs / fans installed! There should be phones installed for internal calling in the living areas of each villa and in halls. If theres an emergency, there is no option to call anyone!! - more visible signages are required while entering the resort area. I enjoyed staying at the resort last weekend (15-18th Aug 2025). This resort can be so much better if there was a little more thoughtfulness and effort is put into the maintenance & upkeep of the resort. Good luck!"
