GGuest UserI stayed in a deluxe room, which was clean and comfortable—definitely good for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus, right in the main center of Belapur, making it convenient for getting around. Breakfast was decent and enough to start the day. Overall, a good experience with a nice balance of comfort and location.

also if there would be a little more variety in the food menu. It would have been soul satisfying

GGuest UserIt doesn’t match the pictures what is shown by the owner But it was very safe to stay there as i was a single woman it’s like one bhk apartment transferred into hotel room. But they don’t have amenities like a water kettle. Staff is very polite and helpful. You can order food through swiggy or zomato and it’s very very near to the main city. It’s walkable distance. It’s well maintained clean. Charges are on higher side according to the facilities.

1. Proximity to Kalyan Junction Station (few minutes walk)
2. Once inside (lift to 3rd floor) the reception area etc was fine.
Didn’t like:
1. Access is shocking - ***** a rough road and down a less than salubrious side street. See photos.
2. Would have been nice to be provided with some drinking water
3. Shower area not spotlessly clean. Hair and scum on the grill over the drain
4. Only a blanket was provided on the bed (aside of bottom sheet and pillows). Can’t imagine this is washed between guests. Asked for a top sheet (so had a “barrier” between body and blanket) but nothing forthcoming.
5. For the quality of accommodation it felt overpriced.
