This place was perfect for us as it was right next to the Tianjin Railway station. Also having a family room with 4 beds was great for our family of 5. We spent one day exploring Tianjin and walked all the way to the Wudadao Cultural Area. It was a lovely walk with many beautiful buildings along the way.

Amazingly close to the Beijing South train station. Literally just 1 minute walk to the entrance of the station. Also very good value for the price

The room had no window, which was OK for us. The problem was that there was that it was very hot And there was a terrible smell in the room (like dirty pipes or sewage) and the air-conditionning was not working.
That's made the air unbreathable :(.
Otherwise the location was excellent. Make sure you book a room with windows if you stay there.

The room was very dark, with few lights and none on. The decoration was very broken and old. The central air conditioner was not turned on at night, and there was a rumbling sound of the machine. It was like sleeping on an engine. Except for the good location and service, other conditions were too bad. Because it was still too noisy the next day, we asked the staff to change our room and upgrade it for one day.

I didn't have high hopes for hotels near the train station, but it was far worse than I expected! Oh
The floor was rotten!
The exhaust fan in the bathroom was noisy (it didn't seem to have much ventilation effect)!
The sound insulation was also poor!
Several lights were not on!
The reception at the front desk was also average.
The only thing was that the mattress and pillows were OK, and the linens looked pretty new.

The location is very good, just outside Exit 3 of Tianjin Station. It is very convenient for people with a lot of luggage to take the train. However, the food near the station is not very good and you need to walk a distance. The service is also very good
