They even offer a 30 RMB Chinese lunch per person, and breakfast is available too, which is a nice touch."

"This hotel is right across from the Northwest Corner morning market, making it super convenient to grab breakfast – just walk across the street. The room was incredibly spacious, which the kids loved. Manager Feng from housekeeping was very responsible and even helped me upgrade my room type. After returning home from Tianjin, my daughter couldn't find her small doll and was really upset. I contacted Manager Feng, and she immediately helped me find it. It was such a tiny, inconspicuous doll, but the fact that they had kept it safe for so many days really touched me. Thank you on behalf of my child! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Tianjin."

Every evening, they even lit an aroma diffuser for us, creating a more relaxing space when we returned to the room, helping us unwind after a day of sightseeing and ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. This touch was excellent 👍"

The hotel has no restaurant or cafeteria to provide lunch, tea time or dinner for the guest. Fortunately, there is a pedestrian walk just next to the hotel that provides all kind of food. For the money I paid during my stay I would strongly recommend this hotel."

"I chose the Westin for it's location and standard. It answered my expectations of comfort, cleanliness and service. The twin room was big and quiet, even though there was some refurbishment work, and considering the hotel is on a busy street. The breakfast choice was large and of good quality (both continental and local) with fresh vegetables and fruits. The coffee machine was definitely a plus. It is very well located, 5 mins walk from Yingkoudao subway station, and a few steps away from cultural houses, restaurants, and malls."

"The room was a bit compact, but the bedding was comfortable and the windows were sparkling clean. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the high-speed train station. The breakfast spread was quite generous, though the dishes were a bit on the salty side; some lighter vegetable options would be nice. For the noodle station, there are seasonings available, so no need to add extra salt. The washing machine is located in a different hotel, requiring a walk through the dining area, which is a minor inconvenience. The environment and hygiene were very well maintained. Cathy Xu was genuinely warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and swift. The room facilities were complete and functioned well. I would choose to stay here again for my next trip."

"The facilities are complete and clean. The window blinds are electric, but the motor is loud. The air conditioning control panel was difficult to use. There was a power outage for an hour during my stay, and it took an engineer to fix it. At night, the AC temperature was too low, and it was hard to adjust it – I tried several times but couldn't get it right. I didn't want to bother the engineer again in the middle of the night, so I just put up with it until check-out. After staying one night, my wife's leg felt cold, and she had to go to the hospital the next day for acupuncture and massage. I had originally wanted to experience the star-rated service of the Hyatt and brought my swimsuit to check out the pool, but all I ended up doing was sleeping and going to the doctor. I found the check-in staff unenthusiastic and perfunctory. They didn't proactively explain anything about the stay, and their communication skills were average. It wasn't a good experience for a star-rated hotel. After leaving, the hotel sales team called me back and genuinely inquired about my stay, patiently answering my questions and communicating very well. I won't leave a bad review, but I hope for improvements."
