GGuest UserDuring the two-day vacation, the temperature soared. We took this opportunity to go for a walk in the mountains. We were an old man and a child. Considering many inconveniences, we chose this place. We originally booked a twin bed with mountain view for cheapness. When we checked in, the lady saw that we were bringing children and directly upgraded us to a parent-child room on the sunny side. I have to say that the room here is so big, with an open-air balcony and excellent scenery. It must be very beautiful when it is shaded by green trees in summer. There is a 2.7-meter big bed, a twisting car, and a small š. The children are very happyš There is also a small naughty castle on the first floor. Although it is not big, the children still like it very much and can't stop playing~ The most worth mentioning is the castle on the back mountain of the hotel. It is very photogenic. It takes about 20 minutes to walk up~ The breakfast is rich in variety, and basically everything you want to eat is available. I am very satisfied. The child said he wants to go there next time~ The complimentary small dates are also deliciousš In addition, the hotel is very close to the very popular 233 Coffee, about 8 minutes by car, which is also a leisurely and pleasant stopšŗ

GGuest UserIt was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

SSerojackSituated about 20 minutes away from Tianjin West Railway station by car, this serviced apartment is big with sufficient facilities convenient for a family to stay in. The beds were clean and comfy and the ensuite toilet had a bathtub too. The common living room area had a couch and a TV for friends and family to gather comfortably if they intend to stay in the apartment for some bonding time. Highly recommended if anyone is travelling with a large group as its price is also very affordable!

YYIYIBring your kids to Happy Valley and book this hotel
First let me talk about the advantages: it is very close to Happy Valley, just 5 minutes by car.
Staying in the soup house, the hot spring is one floor downstairs, the room includes unlimited hot spring play, the children had a lot of fun.
The breakfast is very rich and tastes okay.
Let's talk about the disadvantages: the facilities in the room of the soup house are very old, the water pool leaks very slowly, there are dripping and buzzing sounds when sleeping, and the sound insulation is very poor. The main building may be better, but the main building is far away from the hot spring.
What I can't accept the most is the service staff. The service attitude from the lobby to the guest room is very poor. After breakfast in the morning, we came back and asked for two bottles of water in the lobby. When we entered the room to take a hot spring bath, we found that there was no children's bathrobe, so when the room service staff came to deliver water, we asked for another bathrobe. At this time, the female service staff actually said, āIf you don't ask for things together, I have to run twice, wait.ā I was shocked. Is this what a service staff should say?
And there is no staff in the hot spring. I want a pair of slippers, but there is none. Finally, I found that I have to pick them up at the hotel front desk.
Seeing so many good reviews online, I donāt know if they are fake. Anyway, I will not come to this hotel again.

MMKNice clean and comfortable room. The hotel is in a good location with lots to do nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the air conditioning didn't work, luckily it wasn't too hot yet, but the room still got quite warm.
