The value for money is incredibly high! We chose a room on the ground floor with a private courtyard. In the afternoon, the staff even brought us a fireplace. There were basic camping supplies on the lawn outside, and it was very comfortable to sit outside for a while this time of year! The owner was also super nice; we chatted for a while in the evening. We'll definitely come back in a couple of months!

0755_Highly recommend The St. Regis Tianjin Financial Street! The location is fantastic, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking night view with amazing ambiance. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and all amenities felt high-quality.
The standout throughout our stay was our personal butler, Star. Her service was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly prompt! She proactively contacted us before check-in to confirm our itinerary and preferences, and the turndown service included a thoughtful glass of warm milk. These little details truly made our stay special. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including local Tianjin specialties. It's super convenient for exploring the Haihe River and Henglong Plaza. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Tianjin, and a special thanks to our butler, Star!

QuienieeAn absolutely wonderful experience! Banyan Tree's signature fragrance is always unique and something I personally adore. The hotel's location is superb, right opposite the river, offering beautiful surroundings and convenient transportation, making it easy to get anywhere. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The service is attentive; when they turned down the bed for the night, the staff even arranged room aromatherapy for a peaceful sleep. The special services provided are also excellent. The room was exceptionally spacious with fantastic views, perfectly meeting my expectations. I will definitely stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!

Jon19We were two families with young children visiting over a long weekend and we were both very impressed with the hotel. The staff was excellent, the hotel was clean, the rooms were big, the pools were fun and clean as well, and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay very much as we explored Jizhou. We would definitely stay again if we have the chance.

Anonymous User1/ The location is unbeatable, right next to JinGang Bridge. You step out and see the Tianjin Eye, and the night view is absolutely stunning!
2/ The hotel itself is grand. Even though it's 10 years old, the interior is well-maintained and clean, showing only a sense of history, not dilapidation. You'll need adapters for outlets as there are no USB or Type-C ports.
3/ The service attitude and attentiveness are top-notch! From pre-check-in communication to extending our stay, card payments, and license plate registration, Manager Du (Amily) was simply exceptional – enthusiastic and incredibly thoughtful. The receptionist, Elsa, was also a very warm and welcoming young lady!
4/ The breakfast spread is abundant; I highly recommend booking a room with breakfast included.
5/ The most amazing thing was that since there were three of us, they gave us a complimentary upgrade from a 40+ sqm room directly to a 76 sqm suite! The stay experience was fantastic, with four windows in the room on the 8th floor, directly facing the Haihe River!

Luyiling610As a Tianjin local, this is my go-to spot for a weekend staycation – that's how much I love Yitang! The value for money is absolutely fantastic. They even upgraded my room during a quieter period. The room itself has a lot of natural wood elements and the lighting is really warm and inviting. Having a fridge and microwave is incredibly convenient. The housekeeping staff are also super attentive, kind, and just all-around wonderful. I've often stayed in their three-bedroom units, which are perfect for gatherings. I'll definitely be coming back often!

I booked a room at this hotel for my child's high school entrance exam, and it was perfectly located, just a few hundred meters walk from the school. The parking was very convenient, and the service at this five-star hotel was excellent. One evening, as I was carrying some clothes, the lobby manager approached me and offered a bag, saying it would be more convenient. The parking attendant, noticing my child was there for an exam, went out of his way to guide me and help me find a parking spot. The service was really good, and the staff's attitude was also commendable. The hotel's facilities, bedding, toiletries, and the view were all great too.

DRY20070205The hotel is quite large. When I first arrived at the main building's front desk to check in, there was only one male staff member. However, he didn't greet us immediately, but was busy with a female colleague who arrived later, doing who-knows-what. After waiting, the male staff member took our IDs and looked us up on the computer, then told us that our room wasn't in the main building and couldn't be checked in there. He then vaguely directed us to some building around the back. We followed his directions, but still couldn't figure out how to get there, so we had to call the hotel front desk for help. Eventually, we found the Li Quan Wan building, where our room was located, and checked in there. The room itself was very spacious, but felt a bit dated.
During check-in, we provided our license plate number for parking fee exemption. However, when we drove out for dinner, we were stopped and asked to pay. We tried to contact the front desk (concierge) via WeChat messages and calls, but received no reply or answer. We had to call the main hotel front desk again to resolve it. Later in the evening, we needed more water and extra towels. Again, we tried contacting the front desk (concierge) via WeChat messages and calls, but initially got no response. They eventually replied and handled our request. The bathrobes in the room were old and unusable. In the outdoor hot spring area, not many pools were open, and the water in the open pools had a lot of floating debris.

FeiladuosachunshenjunLet's start with the hotel's location: excellent! It's right in the heart of everything. But you need to book a Ferris wheel room to actually see it. Parking is convenient, and there are plenty of dining options and attractions nearby.
Now for the room: spacious and bright, and the bed was very comfortable. The soundproofing was good, so it was quiet and peaceful. However, the facilities are quite old, and it seems they've cut costs on things like towels. If that bothers you, you might want to bring your own.
Service: Very good, I'd give it a 9 out of 10. The staff were extremely helpful, highly recommend.
Overall, if you're coming for the Ferris wheel, definitely book this place without hesitation. If you prefer something more modern, then you might want to consider other options. I'd still generally recommend it.

We decided to travel before the Qingming Festival. Many hotels in the suburbs were fully booked, so we booked here for two days. Four adults and one baby, we booked a king-size bed room and a standard room. After checking in, we found that the room where the baby stayed was very cold. We contacted the front desk with a try-it attitude. The front desk manager was very patient and thoughtful. He upgraded the baby to a suite and had a lot of fun. The playground is very large, but the only thing is that there is no heating, the ground is cold, and it is a bit uncomfortable to stay for a long time.
