Guest UserThe room was spacious and very clean, and the service was excellent. It was hot, and I drank a lot of water, so I asked for a few extra bottles, which they happily provided.
My flight was at night, and the hotel was kind enough to offer a late check-out, which I really appreciated!
Soundproofing was also good; it was very quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. They have many robots delivering food, unlike some hotels where it takes forever to get your takeout.
Highly recommend for tourists.

CindyxiaoxinThe hotel offers a wide selection of complimentary nostalgic snacks and beverages, and there's a fridge too, all with clear notices indicating they're free to use. No worries about unexpected charges!
The lobby has a self-service tea station and various self-service coffee options, all delicious.
Late-night porridge: Even though it's just simple soup and porridge, it perfectly addresses the late-night snack needs of most guests. It's a truly thoughtful and high-quality service.

Complimentary facial towels, laundry detergent, and hand soap are all of a higher quality, truly showcasing the hotel's dedication to operation and management.

ShuangyeThis hotel is excellent for a self-drive trip to Tianjin. You can park right in the courtyard, and it's super convenient as it's next to Wanda Plaza. The hotel is easy to find, and the front desk service was fantastic – polite and friendly. Check-in was smooth, highly recommend! 👍 The room was clean and tidy, and it had a window that opened. The housekeeping staff were diligent; any requests were handled promptly. Overall a great experience. Breakfast was good, the restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. A very satisfying stay, I'll definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again next time I'm in Tianjin.

Lobby self-service refreshments: They had mini fried dough twists and iced plum juice, which my child absolutely loved. We'd make sure to stop by for a drink every time we returned to the hotel.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent, and the cleaning staff were very enthusiastic, always asking if we needed our room cleaned when we left.
Environment: The hotel is conveniently located about 400 meters from Tianjin Station North Square, easily walkable. The square is huge, and my child had a great time riding a shared bike around it.
Service: I have to commend the front desk staff for their excellent attitude. We arrived early, and they proactively offered to store our luggage. They also pointed out popular nearby attractions and gave us tips for sightseeing, helping us avoid any pitfalls. It was fantastic! Traveling with elderly parents and a child, I felt very at ease!

Guest UserThe environment is very clean. The front desk service was excellent, and they even offered warm morning tea. The subway station is right outside the door, making it convenient to get to all the major attractions. The soundproofing is great, so it's very quiet. There are residential buildings nearby, where you can experience Tianjin's traditional breakfast at an affordable price. There's also a parking lot in the courtyard with both fast and slow charging stations.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The room was larger than expected, with great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable, paying attention to every detail. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (the 'xiaoge/xiaojie' - a polite way to refer to young male/female staff), who were incredibly gentle and patient, and even helped upgrade my room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. All in all, a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely have to give the hotel a huge thumbs up! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff, Luna, not only processed my check-in quickly but also thoughtfully upgraded my room and thoroughly explained all the hotel's amenities, making me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel's location is superb, making getting around very convenient. The soundproofing is excellent, allowing even a light sleeper like me to enjoy a full night of high-quality sleep. The room design is modern yet cozy, and it was spotlessly clean, with even the corners meticulously attended to. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the pillows were just the right height, and the toiletries had a premium scent – every detail showcased quality. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety and fresh ingredients. It was a blend of Western and Chinese styles, and I even got to try local specialties, catering to different tastes. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the service staff were prompt in refilling water and clearing plates, making for a very pleasant dining experience. What touched me most was the hotel's 'human touch.' From the housekeeping auntie's smiling greetings whenever we met to the front desk staff proactively asking for feedback upon check-out, it made me feel like this wasn't just a place to stay, but more like a home away from home. In summary, this is a hotel that is impeccable in both its hardware and software. It offers excellent value for money, and it will definitely be my first choice next time I visit this city. I highly recommend it to every traveler seeking quality!

Guest UserThe hotel was very clean and tidy overall, with a minimalist style that I really liked. Located on Nanjing Road, it's convenient for getting around, and a pleasant evening stroll took me to the Little White House and the Wudadao area. The 'Xiao Ai' smart control system was excellent; I didn't have to get up to switch lights on or off, and playing music was a breeze. My only minor gripes were that the laundry room was a bit dimly lit at night, and there was a small section of stairs without lighting, which felt a little adventurous after dark. Breakfast was decent, but I wish there were more local Tianjin specialties.
