The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
The front desk staff are helpful and courteous. The cleaning lady in the guest room cleans in a timely manner and is meticulous and considerate. If you see the door lock is broken, contact the repairman immediately.

Newly renovated, good value for money. I wanted to book an extra triple room but never saw it. The road construction in front of the door is a bit of a fly in the ointment. The others are good, and the service attitude is good.

價格挺實惠的，五一出遊，周邊酒店都漲價很多，這家還可以，提前幾天預訂的沒漲太多，位置很好，離濱海站很近，去極地海洋館也方便，打車15分鐘以內都能到，酒店服務很好，一開始房間充電口壞了，跟前台説了一下，晚上回來就修好了，用積分兑換的早餐券，吃的也不錯，美中不足的就是衞生間地漏實在太臭了，晚上睡覺得關上廁所門，不過整體來説五一期間性價比很高了

第二次入住了，這次入住也有小遺憾，分配的房間較上次單號房間小一些，因為就一晚，也不想調房了，窗簾由於設計原因縫隙較大，其餘環境、服務還是不錯的，如果再來濱海區，會繼續選擇。

電視很小，有的台沒信號，最沒想到的是房間內的地漏有問題，跟前台反應後沒説有什麼補償，空調也沒暖風，晚上冷
