無電梯，在公路邊有些吵。服務有點冷，圖片與實際有出入，房間應該有兩瓶礦泉水或純凈水的，卻沒有，問服務員説是網上是原來的圖片。
對於上了60歲以上的長者得拿着行李爬幾層樓梯，因錯過了取消訂單時間，否則肯定取消訂單了。另，毛巾都掉渣了，一碰就產生粉塵。

入住酒店半夜被前台領一對夫妻刷卡把自己門打開了，開錯房，開錯房。當時老婆在洗澡，自己躺床上，嚇一跳，老婆一晚上沒睡覺，從來沒遇見這個情況。大清早退房也沒個賠償和説法，嚴重影響了顧客的私隱。老婆還要找消協去投訴。
