"We stayed for a fantastic and unbelievable week. What a wonderful place to stay. The food was superb (the cheesecake was just one highlight! Oh, and the sirloin. And the lamb. And the Caesar Salad. Got the idea?), and we loved looking out over the sea and across the volcanic landscape. But the best bit? The Hotel team. All of them. No exceptions. A most wonderful set of hosts to make our time magical. The muzak played is a bit intrusive - a better vibe would be soft jazz, or classical music. But it’s only a minor point easily sorted! "1st off the hotel is beautiful 9/10,v.clean, saw a few ants&that’s all.The most mess is made by the people not picking up their cups,plates etc but they have staff on hand for this but if every1 picked up after themselves it would be a 10.2ndly,the staff.Wow Bakour you would be lost without them.amazed at how great animation crew was,Danni &javi &thibaut were fantastic. Me&husband did a sangria lesson with javi, thibaut &2ladies&it was great.Very funny&really appreciated they spoke in French,Spanish&English so we all understood.Javi did a fitness class in pool which I enjoyed &even kids joined in.thibaut played chess with my eldest for hours which we really appreciated&he really enjoyed!They also bring the Matt out in the pool every other day which is a HUGE hit with the kids&some adults lol!Danni did archery with the kids&games which they loved.My kids were never bored, age 15.12&8. &the life guards! Especially ones in the pic r AMAZING, they were fantastic with my kids i was never worried my kids weren’t safe&after hearing about a drowning in the past I was concerned but no need they were fabulous.They played with the kids&husband haha &we miss them lots already!If this hotel didn’t have the animation team or these life guards we wouldn’t come back.They make the hotel 1000% we can not thank you all enough for how hard you work&how dedicated u are 2making guests happy. &how much you made our holiday! The staff in the restaurant & bar staff are also amazing. The only negatives now… The hotel is situated in a great location, lidil around the corner, mc Donald’s 10 mins away, pharmacy next door, however you are at the top of a hill - if you have mobility issues & if you want to go to restaurants at the bottom-get a taxi it’s about 4 euros.U can ask the hotel 2order you one also.other critique from us was the food.it was hit or miss.All inclusive and the snack bar was 100% a hit and desserts in the restaurant but found the food in the restaurant wasn’t really to our taste, only went for breakfast x1 &didn’t see sausages, bacon&scrambled egg I’m sorry wasn’t worth the walk to breakfast.So I just left it.But I’ve heard so many other people say the weeks before we went the food was amazing so maybe it’s change of staff/last of seasonal foods-not sure.But for us because there’s the snack bar&restaurants close by it isn’t a huge deal.The other negative I’m afraid is the reception staff, when checking in it took forever, bare in mind 2 adults 3 kids been out 12 hours just want our room&the check in process was unnecessarily long.This was a guy when we arrived.Now upon checking out or any other time we needed reception there was an older woman,blonde hair. Again, so slow!People are checking in we are awaiting and waiting just to ask for a taxi to be ordered or something minor and she’s talking for England to other guests. "As I write this review I’m looking out at the rain and remembering our amazing week at Lani’s This is our 5th visit and honestly I cannot fault anything with this stunning hotel. The staff are just so friendly, polite and nothing is too much trouble. The location is probably the best on the strip. The actual hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained impeccably. Breakfast is delicious, plentiful and always served with a smile. What really sets this hotel apart in my opinion is the ambience - it’s the most relaxing place. The minute you step inside the premises it’s just so peaceful and calm. Truly our favourite place to stay. Thank you all at Lani’s for a very enjoyable week "

"Just got back from an amazing 10 night's in this hotel. Great location right on the beach. The busy Puerto del Carmen strip is a short taxi ride away, took about 5 to 10 mins. Never cost more than 5 euros! The hotel is huge, but well managed by the staff. The resturant is busy but plenty of tables available thanks to how quick the staff clear the tables. The food is typical of most all inclusive hotels and of decent quality. The pool areas are nice with plenty of sunbeds. All the staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming. Couldn't fault the hotel at all. Rooms cleaned daily and often leaving a sweet or chocolate on our pillow. Would recommend this hotel and would glady stay here again."

"What an amazing place with extremely helpful and pleasant staff, who simply want you to enjoy your holiday the best you can. Nothing seems too much for them. I could single staff members out for their work and engagement but this would be very unfair as all the staff who we engaged with were all 100% efficient, pleasant and always willing to go that little extra. From Breakfast to the end of night. The location overlooks the harbour area of the town, and although up quite a steep hill, can be accessed by both bus and taxis, with taxis so cheap that July 2026 the harbour was roughly €3 where as the far end of the Strip was €6. If you have walking difficulties I would suggest a taxi especially when returning back to the hotel and these are easy to get along the Strip at the beach. We were there during World Cup and taxi's were still plenty. The hotel is spotless and the staff are always on hand for any queries you might have and want you to speak to them, so dont be afraid as theyvare very friendly. Around the pool there is adequate beds and at no point of our holiday did we not get sunbeds, in fact we got the same ones every morning after breakfast, so no need to rush for beds. The sun beds are probably the most comfortable I have ever lay on so go on soak up the rays. These beds are round the pool and also in a sun lounging area to the right of the pool bar. Again loads of very comfortable beds for all. The pools aren't deep as only up to chest hight at deepest parts,so used more of a cool down rather than swim, dont be expecting to do lengths in the pool with one that slopes from a few inches deep running down into the main pool. The other has a waterfall and 3 chairs with air jets pumping through them The grounds are all ramp/slopes so wheelchair friendly for those who cant take steps/stairs so another bonus. Our room consisted of a bed room a "bathroom" (no bath) with walk in shower with hand held and rain shower, and loads of mirrors, with a hairdryer. Everything you need The living room had a sofa and another chair with a large TV, a similar TV was also in the bedroom. Outside we had an area with 2 beds, 2 chairs and table. Everything you need. There is also a minibar but we didnt use it, but it had alcohol ( beer) softdrinks and snacks at hand . I'll definitely consider coming back Again thank you to all the staff who made our holiday even better than we could've hoped for and being Adult Only its relaxing."
