Lovely hotel and nice decor. We needed an extra bed and everything was looked after. The breakfast was also quite nice

Amazing hotel, clean and friendly staff

Our room had a BO odour. It was unbearable. I couldn’t wait to leave. This doesnt feel like the hilton garden inn in western countries. Location is good thou.

The front desk staff were extremly helpful and assisted us with many adhoc requests and queries. I especially wanted to highlight the great job done by Daila, she was friendly and made our stay more memorable.

Clean, sanitary, large space, two new bottles of purified water are placed in the room every day, and towels are changed every day as scheduled. The buffet in the restaurant is also delicious, with different meals every day.

It's a little far from the city, but it's quiet, there are many things to visit around, and it's a good area, so it's safe and convenient. Taxis are cheap and it's convenient to go to the city.

The location is also good. I liked the parking facilities in busy Tirana. The facilities were like the Hilton chain. And the breakfast was very good. Beyond expectations...
