Cleanliness: The area under the bed still had items from the previous guest, and the remote control and other surfaces were covered in dust and lint.
Service: The front desk staff were excellent, and everything we needed was well-prepared. The complimentary popsicles every afternoon were a delightful treat. However, why wasn't the luggage conveyor belt operational? It was incredibly tiring having to carry everything myself.
Breakfast: Breakfast was a set menu. While it was fairly tasty, the variety was quite limited.
Environment: The room was quite small, but its proximity to the subway station made getting around very convenient.

Very good location nearby kayabacho subway (3 min walk) and tokyo station (15 min walk). Room was small, but good enough considering the price. Amenities were complete and even they provided sekkisei products freeflow! Recommended stay! The hotel looks old from outside but the room was okay. Nothing too fancy, it just good enough and I loved it! It served whatever a hotel should be.

Location was good, so close to Hachobori station both metro side and JR side. Room was clean and they cleaned your room everyday unlike other japanese hotel protocol that started cleaning after the third night. Less variety of amenity. They didnt provide any cream, moisturizer or sunscreen pack like some hotel but basic amenity was ok. Room was big and had enought space to open 2 big suitcases. Only down side was their pillows. They provided 1 pillow/person and it was made from some natural thing idk but texture was a bit weird

Great location- Ginza line is right outside the door and Tokyo station is under a 10min walk which is super handy for day trips and getting to/from the airport whether by train or bus. Room is compact but definitely not the smallest room we had in Japan! It also had everything we needed and the bathroom was pretty nice. My partner lived in the massage chair each night with a beverage from the 7 eleven conveniently located next door.

Good hotel. Near the subway station and nearby bus stop. We left the hotel to Heneda Airport - a straight century without transplants, which is very convenient in Tokyo with their crazy system in the subway. Loaded and without transplants went.
The hotel itself is a standard room in the APA network. Clean towels are brought every morning.
Water in the room only 1 time at settlement.
The bed is comfortable. There is enough for 2 people. But my wife is thin. That's why.
WiFi works.
The rooms are of course small. We have the average suitcases. They got in open. And the dop bags with shopping for the house were taken under the bed. Good, the bed is high. You can filter there.
Overall, hotel as a hotel. Good, city.
We are happy with our stay. It's all right!

Whenever I visit Japan, I usually stay at Sotetsu hotels. I find them to be generally clean, the water supply is filtered, the service is excellent, and the locations are always great. This time, I chose the Nihonbashi Ningyocho branch. There are plenty of popular spots nearby, like Union Coffee for breakfast, a famous onigiri shop, and Koami Shrine, among others. It's about a 6-minute walk from Ningyocho subway station, making it convenient to get to places like Asakusa, Ginza, and Ikebukuro.

The facilities were clean and well-equipped. It was a shame that there was no large public bath.
It was close to the station, and there was a convenience store and family restaurant nearby, so it was convenient. There was also a popular tonkatsu restaurant next door.
Also, the male staff were generally average, but the female staff were excellent.
I'd definitely like to stay here again.

I choose this hotel because it was within short walking distance from tokyo train station. Room was clean, though the twin bed room was rather small. Abit expensive though, but it's in Tokyo and close to train station, so expected that. Service staff were great.
I requested help from a female staff at the reception counter to help me contact a resort hotel in hakone for shuttle bus arrangement. She goes out of the way to help me and even printed a map of the shuttle bus location. Excellent service. Hotel provided free Toiletries at lobby for customers.

Our recent stay was defined by the truly outstanding service and incredibly convenient location. While the rooms themselves were somewhat compact, the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine desire to help from every single staff member made a profound impact and significantly elevated our experience.
The staff's thoughtfulness was remarkable. They anticipated needs we hadn't even voiced yet. Whether it was proactively offering an umbrella when rain threatened, going out of their way to arrange last-minute restaurant bookings, or patiently answering countless questions about local transport, their commitment to guest satisfaction was constant. Nothing seemed like too much trouble; they consistently demonstrated a ”can-do” attitude with a smile.
The hotel's location was another major plus. Situated right in the heart it was incredibly easy to explore on foot or access public transportation. Having shops, cafes, and major sights literally steps away added tremendous value and convenience to our trip.
Although the room size was smaller than we might usually prefer, it was impeccably clean, well-designed to maximize the space, and had all the essential amenities. The comfort and functionality were there, proving that efficient design can work well.
Ultimately, it was the staff's exceptional dedication and the unbeatable location that won us over. Their sincere willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, coupled with the ease of exploring from this spot, made this hotel a great choice for us. We extend special thanks to for their particularly helpful and kind service – you made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for.

An old hotel with very small rooms. It is impossible for two people to move around in the room.
My husband could hardly turn around in the bathroom, being 186 cm tall and wearing a size 54.
When booking, I did not notice that the bed was 140 cm, the mattress was very hard, the pillow was uncomfortable.
The breakfast was modest, there were no utensils except chopsticks.
It is far from the metro.
Check-out is at 10:00, while check-in is strictly after 15:00, but at least you can leave your suitcases.
To sum up, I would not choose a hotel of this chain a second time.

__M1392090****This is our second consecutive year staying here, and it remains a great value hotel. While the main commercial areas are a bit further out, it's conveniently located not too far from Ningyocho Metro Station. There's a supermarket right downstairs and plenty of dining options nearby. The cleanliness is consistently excellent. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money.

EEnji EnkatsuComfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities
I stayed for two nights and absolutely loved this hotel. The room size was perfect—not too small or large, but just enough for a comfortable stay. My room came with a balcony, which was a lovely touch.
What impressed me the most were the amenities, which were the most complete I encountered during my trip to Japan. The room included a microwave, refrigerator, and even a washing machine. The shower amenities were also very comprehensive, and you can refill them for free in the lobby. Additionally, the lobby offers a coffee machine where you can enjoy free coffee and hot chocolate, which was a delightful perk.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and even moved it to my room after check-in time.
The location is another highlight—close to both a station and a bus stop, yet calm and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

RrjaneiroIt is easy to reach this hotel via Haneda Airport subway line. It is located close to Akihabara station, an excellent area for shopping. Friendly and attentive staff; small room but tidy and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The breakfast is delicious. A great value for money!

MMatthew-in-CantonI stayed in this hotel chain in another city before, and after staying in the Tokyo branch I was pleasantly surprised as my experience was better than I expected! For a hotel of this price the amenities are very nice and you can get a nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this chain

HHanditya YusufMy stay here was great! I don't understand the bad reviews, as although small (I recommend only bringing max 1 cabin and 1 check-in luggage size), the bed was very comfortable! The toilet is standard, the free toiletries was just functional, but otherwise, great bang for buck!
Location is awesome as well, located very close by to the famous toast restaurant, choices of convenience stores, as well as a park if you feel like taking a morning stroll before going out in Ginza.
May not be best for families, but definitely great for solo and acceptable for couples!

They also provide free Udon and coffee.
The location is excellent- closed to JR , subway.
