Room itself is small but is applies to all Japanese hotel, which means I have no bad feeling regarding it. Besides everything is perfect. Location is near metro station. Bed and else is clean and comfy.

Excellent service! Receptionist Zhang Li Qiu waited for us, we reached almost midnight! Immediately walked us to nearby convenience store, even warmed t store’s meal for us as we were hungry. Staff Du Zi Yang also very polite. Very clean. Spacious by Jap standard. Separate bathroom n toilet. Very convenient, convenience store, minimart stone’s throw away. Short walking distance to eateries, restaurants, shopping malls eg Sunshine city. Hotel very near Ikebukuro station easily accessible to other main districts / tourist attractions eg Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku.

We transferred to the hotel and took our suitcases with us. The store was very friendly and we could check in at 1 o'clock! The room is really big, and the toilet and bathroom are separated on both sides! What makes this place better than a hotel is that the water pressure is great! The location is just 5 minutes away from Ikebukuro Exit C6. The room is big and the price is cheap. Nothing to complain about.

The location is easy to find. You can find it by entering the address using Gaode. There are convenience stores nearby. It's a ten to fifteen minute walk from the subway station. The room is very clean. Although small, it has everything. When I went there, I happened to meet a Chinese guy at the front desk. He patiently answered our questions and provided great convenience for me who is not good at English or Japanese.

It was clean and ok for a one-day stay! The hallways and elevators are narrow, but the room was fine! When you shower, you may use hot water and then cold water will come out!

We stayed one night before and after we went to Izu. Two nights in total. Different rooms. We preferred room 201. The second time we went to the hotel, we knew it. We came out of the subway exit 20C. This time we found the elevator 🛗. We took the mall TOBU elevator to the ground floor. When we got to the ground, we navigated to the hotel map 7 and it showed that it only took 8 minutes to walk to the hotel. Ikebukuro Station is very big, so be careful not to go in the wrong direction. It takes a little longer to walk from the hotel to Mejiro Garden and Sky City 60 Observatory (one subway station is about the same as walking time), but it is also a way to understand Ikebukuro. There is also a Xiangyun Temple near the hotel. We had a very pleasant stay. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The shower room is very large. Xiao Du at the front desk is very good. The room price is the cheapest of our trip. Because Tokyo accommodation hotels are relatively expensive. So this business hotel is still very affordable. If you come alone, it is the most affordable to stay here! There is no kettle in the room, but you can borrow it from the front desk. It's my first time in Tokyo. I looked at many hotels and found a good location. It's not far from the subway. The location is quiet and comfortable. There is enough space for two people. It's clean and hygienic. I'm quite satisfied with it. I will consider it next time.
