Perfect

It was good that it was close to the station

When I arrived without a reservation at around 2am, a foreign staff member told me, "It's cheaper if you make a reservation online." I looked it up online but couldn't figure it out, so the staff member helped me out. I was able to make a reservation for about 5,000 yen and check in right away, which was the best thing. The location was good, close to the station, the room was pretty clean, and there were plenty of amenities so I was able to relax. I'd like to stay here again.

The room service is very good and the staff is very good. It is close to the Tokyo International Big Sight Exhibition. It is convenient to travel and close to places to visit. The housekeeping service is also good. Feel free to comment without reference.

It's quite small, barely enough to live alone. The location is okay. If you can't get a reservation near the convention and exhibition center, this hotel is okay.

The room is relatively small, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is average, and the service is pretty good.

What I am most dissatisfied with is the quilt, which is made of chemical fiber. It has no comfort and is very uncomfortable. The bed is too soft. I am middle-aged and my back hurts when I sleep on it.

too poor! The space is too small. The air was so bad that I couldn't even open the windows if I wanted to get some fresh air. If you open a suitcase, there will be nowhere to walk.

The location was good, close to Toyosu station. The response from the receptionist was good. It looks nice from the outside, but it doesn't look like new when you go inside. The elevator smelled so bad of air freshener and even the framed poster was skewed and about to come off. I think you should fix it or remove it. The room wasn't particularly clean, and the window was frosted glass, so I couldn't see outside. Also, the vents were dusty and didn't seem to be cleaned properly. There was a folding mirror on the desk, but it was dirty with wipe marks and fingerprints. In terms of the bath and toilet, the toilet was nice with a new washlet. However, the hand soap bottle was dirty with water stains, and the shower curtain was moldy and dirty. The hole on the side of the washbasin (the one that keeps water from overflowing) was also brown and dirty. It was a hotel where dirt was conspicuous overall. However, the staff was smiling and gave me a very pleasant greeting such as "Welcome" and "Thank you very much". Anyway, it was a hotel that could not be cleaned carefully. I wouldn't stay again. It's a shame because the staff were wonderful.

As distance from station is two or three minutes, it is very convenient. I think there is a problem with the cost of the management side, but it seems that there is no front desk person between 06:00 and 12:00. It's a pity that you can't keep your luggage during that time (before and after check-in and check-out). The approach to the entrance was not planted and the ****s were mixed in, so I thought that the value of the hotel would increase if a little more work was done. The room was a little small, but there was a microwave oven, and the refrigerator had a freezer part, so it was useful.
