Takinogawa Layout Mansion

Very bad! This is the worst B&B I've ever stayed in in Japan! The owner is Chinese, and this B&B is a Chinese scam! When they sent me the pictures, they didn't tell me that the rooms on the first floor have no external windows at all! The external windows are sealed! If an accident happens, there is no way to escape! But their customer service actually lied to me that there is a balcony on the first floor! And this house is not habitable at all, the sound insulation is very poor, the car passing outside makes a loud noise, the bed is shaking, and I can't sleep all night! There are all kinds of people living in the building, mostly Indians!

Highly recommended: If you are not pressed for time, I strongly recommend coming here to experience life close to the locals. There are very few hotels with such a large living area at this price. It has three separate bathrooms + kitchen & living room + extra large (relatively speaking) bedroom, and two dressing rooms, which can be said to be a luxurious configuration. The home appliances are very complete, with everything except a washing machine. Pots and pans are also provided, and you can even buy groceries and cook here. The geographical location is good, just 800 meters away from Prince Station. There are many restaurants open until late at night along the way, and there is a business district near Prince Station. Walking towards Otsuka Station, you can see authentic Japanese life scenes. Otsuka Station itself is also a more upscale business district. But there are also some bad things here. First of all, the stairs to go upstairs are too narrow. Carrying luggage is like a prison. Secondly, the sound insulation is also average, which should be a common problem in Japanese buildings. Finally, the curtains don't block out the sun very well, and because the beds are placed next to the windows, we were woken up by the sun early in the morning. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and I will consider staying here next time.

The room is well designed, the infrastructure is complete, the location is convenient, and the price is impeccable.

Cleanliness is okay. The room size is also okay. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the station, so please keep that in mind. It was a shame that there were only 2 towels per person for 3 days, but it was nice that there was a washing machine.
