The room is very big, with doors separating the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. I stayed there for eight nights, and the soundproofing was very good, with no noise disturbing me at night. The bed in the master bedroom was very soft, the wardrobe had hangers, and the air conditioning was very powerful. The kitchen had a microwave, refrigerator, induction cooker, etc., and a spare umbrella was provided in case you didn't bring an umbrella. The sink was separated into dry and wet areas, and the bathroom was quite large with a bathtub. There was also a balcony where you could hang clothes, and you could see the Tokyo Skytree from the balcony. It was a two-minute walk from the tram station, a ten-minute walk from the JR station and the subway station, and there was a 711 across the road. When I left, I accidentally dropped my ID under the bed, and the staff contacted me immediately and mailed it to me, which I was very grateful for. In short, I highly recommend staying at this hotel, and I will book it again if I have the opportunity to come to Tokyo in the future.

Very bad! This is the worst B&B I've ever stayed in in Japan! The owner is Chinese, and this B&B is a Chinese scam! When they sent me the pictures, they didn't tell me that the rooms on the first floor have no external windows at all! The external windows are sealed! If an accident happens, there is no way to escape! But their customer service actually lied to me that there is a balcony on the first floor! And this house is not habitable at all, the sound insulation is very poor, the car passing outside makes a loud noise, the bed is shaking, and I can't sleep all night! There are all kinds of people living in the building, mostly Indians!

Highly recommended: If you are not pressed for time, I strongly recommend coming here to experience life close to the locals. There are very few hotels with such a large living area at this price. It has three separate bathrooms + kitchen & living room + extra large (relatively speaking) bedroom, and two dressing rooms, which can be said to be a luxurious configuration. The home appliances are very complete, with everything except a washing machine. Pots and pans are also provided, and you can even buy groceries and cook here. The geographical location is good, just 800 meters away from Prince Station. There are many restaurants open until late at night along the way, and there is a business district near Prince Station. Walking towards Otsuka Station, you can see authentic Japanese life scenes. Otsuka Station itself is also a more upscale business district. But there are also some bad things here. First of all, the stairs to go upstairs are too narrow. Carrying luggage is like a prison. Secondly, the sound insulation is also average, which should be a common problem in Japanese buildings. Finally, the curtains don't block out the sun very well, and because the beds are placed next to the windows, we were woken up by the sun early in the morning. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and I will consider staying here next time.

You must book this hotel when you go to Tokyo. I missed the message and forgot about the door lock, so I checked in by myself, which caused delays. This location is very convenient to take the subway directly to where you want to go. If you don’t want to stay, please choose this space. It’s big. We also specially prepared extra sofa beds. It’s new, clean and very large. It’s suitable for parents, children and friends. I want to buy this single room for retirement.

Cleanliness is okay. The room size is also okay. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the station, so please keep that in mind. It was a shame that there were only 2 towels per person for 3 days, but it was nice that there was a washing machine.
