Superb location, nice staff, however don’t understand why place the trash in the bathroom since day one till check out, there is a laundry on 4th floor which is very convenient and the price is reasonable

Very tight space even for Tokyo. Only enough walked space to roll your bag into the room. For the price there are more spacious options. Onsen was very good and they had a lounge for fee of jpy2000 roughly for drink all you can and finger food. They have 2 entrances as they occupy the whole building which gives easy access from either road. Easy to find too and quiet despite the location on a drinking street

The hotel was really nice. They help us on storage luggage before we can check in and make it so convenient. And I like it that there a drink downstairs that you can get. In the hotel there an Onsen. I would come back again

Everything you’d expect from a hotel in Japan. Excellent service, very clean, good shower pressure and amenities. It is obviously a very small room, but it’s on par with other Japanese hotels for business travelers. The location in Akasaka is also perfect.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hillarys Akasaka. The room was small, but we were able to manage by putting some of our luggage under the beds. The hotel was also in close proximity to two stations, which was also great.

EHotel helped to accommodate my request upon checking in which was really kind of them. The best thing about this hotel is the location as it’s literally in walking distance to 3 main metro lines also right next to the Harry Potter Cafe and other good eateries around.
I would say though the room is little too small for 2 twin beds and the bathroom sink is actually placed in the bedroom which was weird. Some of the amenities were old AC and coffee machine in the lobby were out of service during the 3 nights stay at the hotel. We were mostly visiting so it didn’t really matter.
Also I wanted to have the hot bath/onsen in the hotel and they have nice facility at top floor which was great, we enjoyed it in the evening after walking all day.
